absolutely perfect for the iMac. It's incredibly beautiful. It's very expensive for a mouse pad but the looks do justify the price tag in my opinion. Yes the mouse pad is noisy but what do you expect it's aluminium! I like the sound tbh.

nice item but when buying i was under the impression that this was an apple product? and it is not! very misleading add. but still i am pleased that it works ok.

This is probably the most expensive mouse mat I have ever come across and certainly the most expensive I have ever used, and I have very mixed views of it.Firstly, the surface is NOT aluminium as stated. It is a hard off-white plastic surface fixed to a solid aluminium base. Nevertheless it looks classy and is a perfect match for an iMac.Functionally, it is not so great. The Magic Mouse needs to be used on a hard surface and does not work well with a conventional mouse mat. I have tried several and always ended up just using the mouse on the desk surface which is not ideal. I thought I had found the perfect answer with this pad and it is better than the other mats I have tried. In fact, it is every bit as good as my desk surface, but no better.So Five Stars for style, Two Stars for function, and None for price!

Have been struggling to find a mouse mat that works well with my magic mouse 2. I had an original magic mouse and recently purchased a purely aluminium pad, but like other reviewers, boy I found it noisy and when I got mouse 2, it just didn't seem to work as well with it. I saw this mat on an authorised Apple retailer website, but it said it would take 3-4 weeks and cost me £34.99. I felt if they were selling it in conjunction with their Apple products, then it must have been tested to work well, as they have never sold mouse mats before like this one (oh yes, I regularly stalk the website, stroking the screen, almost purring at the beautiful machines on there.I have no patience, so located one on Amazon, it was delivered the next day. I do wonder about the staying power of the white plastic wrap and how it will stand up over time to dirt and dust. But, it works well with my mouse 2. The mouse tracks smoothly over the surface, no scratchy noise like on the previous one i'd purchased. I do find with mouse mats I would always like them to be slightly larger.This blends in really well with my new keyboard and mouse 2. It is a rather reasonable weight, being made of metal, so feels sturdy and won't curl up at the edges, which is what has happened with others, as my macbook is in our conservatory, so gets sun (well I say gets sun, at the moment it gets rain, rain and more rain!)I paid just over £26 for this and although that may seem expensive for a mouse mat, if you are spending well over £1500 on an iMac, (awaiting delivery of my new one,) or even £100 plus on a new apple keyboard and mouse, I think you should do it the courtesy of giving it a smart mouse mat, for the mouse to rest itself on. As I say, sleek design means it all looks good together.

If you ever have issues will poor surface for your mouse to operate. This could be the answer as it provides a ridgid smooth surface for your Mouse and looks cool. It is one of the best computer accessories I ever bought! Purfect for a glass desk or rough coffee table

I have a wireless magic mouse so I was looking forward to using this mat. Unfortunately it is simply useless.On any other mat or directly on my desk, the magic mouse is fluid and smooth (actual movement and screen cursor).When I use this mat it jerks around, fails to respond and just doesn't track properly at all. I don't really understand how this can be with so few variables in place - I'm using the mouse that this mat is designed for and it's terrible.Also, contrary to all the gushing about its aesthetics, I found the white plastic to look a little cheap.Just a warning. If I've had this experience with it, you might too. I'm going to try the Hamas white 'leather' mat instead.

I already reviewed this once & stupidly it was on first impression.I've had a while now & my Magic Mouse is no longer on it. Move the mouse & the scraping makes you cringe. My mouse is back on my old leather mat & I feel so much better, shouldn't have got this.

Works brilliantly if you want a precise mouse! Well it would, if Himself hadn't just purloined mine to edit his photographs and shows no sign of returning it any time soon. I have just ordered a replacement which I am hoping t gets delivered just as quickly as the first one. Okay! For what they are they do look like an expensive piece of kit but like all Apple accessories, this really does do exactly what it says on the box.

I have never had a hard mouse pad before this. I switched to a new glass desk and needed something. The design of this is beautiful. The aluminum and white polycarbonate compliment my Mac perfectly. At first it seems loud but I think that's just getting used to it because I hardly notice it at all anymore. The polycarbonate does have a bit more texture at first that smooths out with use. The same thing happens with Apple keyboards and such. It is just what happens to the material. As some others noticed it did get kinda dirty at first. It was easy to clean though and as time goes by I notice it gets dirty less and less. This is an excellent product well worth the money.

I purchased this to use with an Apple Magic Mouse. Due to its two bottom rails the Magic Mouse will not glide easily unless it has the right type of surface. The reviews were good on this Just Mobile pad, and I have another Just Mobile product (headset holder) that I was impressed with. The positive aspect of this mouse pad is that it is very solid, due to two layers of aluminum bonded together. And the textured surface initially worked really well with the Magic Mouse, especially after I applied teflon tape to the bottom rails of the mouse. The negative aspect is that the white painted-on textured surface wears smooth very quickly, in my case in less than 2 weeks, causing the Magic Mouse to glide less easily. A big disappointment, especially at the price you pay for this product. I am guessing that unpainted aluminum or plastic textured mouse pads will last longer. I have ordered a 3M thin pad to try over top of this one.
