Absolutely adorable I absolutely love it. It has looks like flames and it melts the wax. Very good and smells my house with great smell.

I love this product! The tray is rubber and removeable and easy to clean. The flame is so cool and you can put it on a timer or keep it on. My granddaughter loved it as well!

I love this! It’s so cute in my kitchen and looks like a little fire. Looks like a mini fire especially when the lights are off I love it. Really simple to use and clean. I use it almost everyday.

So cute and love the silicone cup for wax! Out of 5 purchases only one has kept working with the flame! The flame is the reason I buy so many replacements hoping that I’ll get lucky with a working more than a week one. If they would fix this glitch it would be amazing…but don’t waste your money 🥴😟. UPADTE: I have given them 3 tries. All 3 have failed inside of two weeks. TOTAL JUNK. Seems nobody wants to give a failure review after a few weeks. Having now tried 3 of the dang things I can honestly say they are JUNK. UPDATE: Now my 2nd one has failed and doesn't even turn on at all. P O S do not buy it.They will fail on you. PERIOD ! I will update this two star if and when I need to. Right I give it a two star due to the fact the ambience fake flame stopped working. It does still melt the wax but the flames ( WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE THING ) have stopped. I'm wait on the replacement now. I gave it two stars due to the fact it still melts the wax and still has the lighted fire place. JUST NO MOVING FLAMES. I have only had it two weeks. I hope the replacement doesn't fail any time soon. UPDATE: This is the second one of these fake flame wax melts to fail in just two weeks both tiimes. Do not buy this for the fake flame as it will fail. Now rateing it a 1 star P O S . Latest UPDATE: I had this ready for return and was going to send it back in the morning. I decided sinse it was broken to open it up and see what I could do with it. It is a very simple device and all I did was lossen 4 scews on the bottom and I was in. There is a shaft connected to a small DC motor and on that shaft are these reflective metal peaces that turn on the shaft. They reflect the LED light giving you the flame isllusion. The shaft on mine became stuck for whatever reason. All I did was try and turn it by hand while pluged in and it all started working again. At least next time I know what the failure of no flames is from. Still over all unless you can or your willing to monkey around with this kind of stuff just don't buy it.

So far so good. I had already ordered before I read the comments. I keep the fire out unless company is here but works great. Really love the pot the dry wax just comes out so easy

I am so sad. I bought another one from a different seller and that one is fine. Returning it for another one." I wish the tray was metal. On the other one that I purchased I put a small piece of Reynolds wrap to keep the tray from over heating. It works! Original review below I bought one and had to have another! I accidently bought from a different seller. The packaging was different but pretty and very well done with foam to protect the warmer. This one had plastic you had to peel off of the front and the other didn't. So far it working great! People say that the black silicone tray will have paint chip off of it so I am being very careful with it. SO HAPPY! My family loves them! another update. A month after purchase the heating element went out and so did the 8 hour button. It still looks pretty but won't heat. I have to others thank goodness
