HIGH ALERT LIGHTS

The product is very good but does not come with any circuit diagram making it completely confusing.The Lights are having 3 wires - One (-) Negative and two (+) Positive wires. One positive wire is for stroboscopic effect and other one is for RGB patterns.My question is whether I can short the positive wires to get RGB and Stroboscopic effect or whether these wires to be connected separately. If I connect the RGB pattern with Brake Light and Stroboscopic effect with Reverse Light, will the Lights work properly?Requesting Seller to comment on this.
