Yup, it's a baking tray. It cleans well and hasn't rusted so far. One time I cooked some chips on it and they turned out as expected. Neat.

Best tray out there
This is a nice baking tray sturdy and solid and washes well, also dishwasher safe. Having used this for a while now it is great with oven chips they don't stick to it and you don't have to spay anything on the tray. This is the best tray out there.

E' un bel prodotto
E' una bella teglia in acciaio, pratiche le tre maniglie e ottimo il rivestimento attenzione a prenderci la mano perché cambiano i tempi di cottura rispetto alle teglie in alluminio o in ferro classiche. Da valutare la durata nel tempo.

Rovinato dopo poco tempo
Pensavo di aver trovato il prodotto perfetto: della pyrex, marca rinomata, e decisamente più leggero dei loro prodotti in pyrex. Grande delusione perché dopo pochi utilizzi lo strato superiore ha inziato a rovinarsi e arrugginirsi. La uso ancora con un foglio di carta forno sopra.... Ma lo scopo di questa teglia sarebbe il non dover usare fogli di carta forno.
