My order had loose threads in and some ripping sounds of those threads when putting/off. Is this normal? Should I exchange?

Hi GFS236, thank you for your question. Our compression shirts are designed with a high quality standard, and the one you received should not have had this issue. Please get in touch with us directly so I can make your purchase right. Thank you for being our valued Amazon customer. Thank you,James - A&J Marketplace

I am 5'11 230lbs. What size should I get?

I'm 5'9" 230lbs. I got the XL and it's pretty tight in the chest and gut. You'll probably want the XL, also as you're not that much taller and weigh the same.

How well does it hide man boobs?

Thank you for your question and interest in our Gynecomastia compression shirt. Our Esteem Apparel shirts are designed specifically to provide a hidden fat loss effect, specifically to address the appearance of man boobs or moobs. We take pride in our quality undershirts to provide this relief for men who suffer from this condition. You can expect great results under any kind of clothing when wearing our compression undershirts. Our shirts are similar to those effects found with Spanx or Insta Slim shirts. Thank you for your valued patronage, and I hope you will give our shirts a try! Thank you in advance, James - A&J Marketplace

5"10 205 medium or large? Are these the best on amazon?

I am 170 and 5’7 35” waist. A medium was very tight to get on. I would go minimum large
