Great Bike Computer!
I bought this as my first bike computer and absolutely enjoy it! There are so many features but I resort to the basics. Great battery life and intuitive use during my rides.

Great at what it does, but not a good GPS for route planning
If you want a fitness watch for your bike this is for you it does that very well. I can’t knock the product in that regard it is an excellent fitness tracker. But if all you want is a gps to tell you how to get from point a to point b on rail trails and other off road route planning it is not very good. Great at tracking where you have been and all off the fitness tracking I formation. My cell phone and google maps still is still significantly faster, and easier to use than this particular product for route planning.

WORKS WELL
Does a very accurate job of recording ride with a long battery life. Also display is easy to read in sunlight while riding. However, it is more complicated to use than my previous Edge 520. Has many many features that I will never use that add to its complexity. It also has a USB-C connection, so I had to buy an adaptor to connect it to my iMac.

So far has been an excellent investment
Had a lower specs gps for my rides and this Edge 540 is such a big improvement. Lots of stats, suggestions and you can add all devices out there. Started with hear rate and cadence. Set up and installation is straighforward and fast. Battery is also pretty good.

Great product and works as advertised
I bought this to use with my Insta360 camera. It was easy to install, works right out of the box and comes the right mounting accessories for my bike.The only problem I have is with the interface. I bought the 540 because it was the most reasonably priced but the lack of a touch interface kind of made me regret not getting the more premium version. Although once I set it up, it worked perfectly.

Great customer service.
I was having some problems with some features on my Garmin and reached out to customer service in. They were great at fixing the problem.. love how it works. I just wish when creating courses that you could put a marker in for food stops.

Love it
I had a Garmin 810 before this, and definitely have been happy with the upgrade. The buttons are easy to navigate and less frustrating than trying to use touchscreen with sweaty hands or gloves during winter.The maps are great, and I love the performance features.
