Just what we wanted! My daughter loves writing novels and songs, and we thought this would be a fun way to make doing so on her iPad easier. Her bulky iPad case doesn't fit in the stand, but it works fine anyway (her case has a built-in stand). It's very attractive, and the colorful backlight options are fun. I couldn't initially figure out how to sync with Bluetooth, but the instructions here in the product listing were clear (I just had to turn the iPad off and back on), and once we synced it that first time, we haven't had to do it again (we've been using it about three weeks).The sound of typing on typewriter-style keys is SOO satisfying! I'm convinced she focuses longer due to it, and I love walking by and hearing it.We had a minor issue with the backlight setting getting stuck, and the company went above and beyond to make it right with quick email responses and ultimately replacing the product.

So enjoying this! I got the black with wood grain and it looks like an old timey typewriter. The ‘click, click, click’ when I hit the keys just makes me smile remembering the typewriter I used in typing class (yes, we used to have a class for that). I like my bob and this just makes my time at work that much more fun!

Omg where to start! I’ve eyed this keyboard for work for about a month. It being $90 had me leery but there was a $10 off coupon so I figured why not (Work would reimburse me anyways). I fell in love! The quality of the keys and switch’s is perfect for the cost. It has a crisp click noise as I type. Not too loud as I work near others but enough for someone within 10ft to acknowledge that I am typing. Typing is so easy, not much force is required to register a key stroke.Patients are always complimenting the style and the color. My whole work station is pink😅 so this fits like a dream! It’s a wonderful conversation starter with the older folks we see.I have to use the USB cable to connect it to my desktop. the Bluetooth connection works when I’m on a laptop and wanna be bougie. Would be great if it came with a Bluetooth USB like the wireless mice do (I hate cords). The backlight comes in handy when I don’t feel like turning on the big light above my desktop. All the options for the lighting is good and all, but I prefer the solid option.My only real complaint is that the windows key doesn’t work. I can copy, paste, etc with the ctrl key but when I try anything with the window key, it doesn’t work. If you heavily rely on short keys, this might not be the best keyboard for you. Aside from that note, take the leap. Buy it🙌

This is what I originally wrote:I'm 65 years old. I learned to type on a typewriter when I was 12 years old. I typed all of my school assignments. I typed letters. I typed mail order forms. I typed everything. In college, I typed all of my papers. In law school, I typed my exams. When I took the California Bar Exam, I typed that too.I started using a computer, the original IBM, in 1983. I worked for a film producer who insisted on computerizing the office. I did everything on the computer, except envelopes. For those, I used an IBM Selectric. When computer keyboards first came out, the best ones had the feel of a typewriter.Time passed. Keyboards changed to smaller keys, squairish keys (what we used to call "chiclet" keyboards"). Laptops came out and became cheaper than desktops, all with chiclet keyboards, or worse. For laptops, I have always used a separate keyboard, and I have tried to find brands that feel like typewriters.I finally gave in and searched for a computer keyboard, to attach to my laptop, that has the look and feel of an old fashioned keyboard. Most prices were just too high. Then I saw this Taiahiro model. Not too expensive. So, I bought one.I've been using it for a few days. It feels good. There is some adjustment, given the slightly different layout, key sizes, touch feel. For example, sometimes when I reach for the backspace key, I end up hitting the Print Screen key. I'm sure that will stop as I use the keyboard more.So, for anyone that misses writing in a typewriter, I highly recommend this keyboard.MODIFIED: The keyboard "broke" after just a few days. By that, I mean that the number 4/$ key kept sticking; when I hit it, this happened - 4444444444444444444444444444444444, and it was hard to stop.Shortly after that, the light underneath the number 4/$ key remained on, as if they key was constantly being pressed.I contacted the seller and they immediately responded, asking for additional information to further help me. I thanked them for their quick, kind response, but it was easier to just return the keyboard.I bought the more expensive QWERKYTOYS Qwerkywriter S model. I have not received that one yet, so I can't comment on it, or do any kind of comparison.

It’s so cute!! Someone comments on it daily when visiting my office. Makes the very long hours a little more fun.

Great build and feel.

Aesthetically, it’s perfect. Feels like a typewriter and has a vintage feel.The issue I have is the keys are incredibly sensitive. If you have slightly larger fingers and even touch another key it’ll enter it in. I’ve had to make a ton of typing corrections since getting this as well as fix weird things it’s done accidentally.That’s the biggest thing I’d consider before getting this keyboard. I’m out of the return time frame unfortunately, so I’ll give it a little longer but realistically I’m going to want to replace it if I can’t figure out how to adjust the sensitivity.
