rubbish
as other reviews have stated, this product does not touch hairs and burns skin, the seller basically said they werent responsible for this and have had no other complaints but i can see that other people have had the sake experience as me. dont waste your money on this

I tried this on my face where I have a few hairs on my chin and this did not work after 5 minutes. I tried it again next day for 10 minutes and it worked in bits but not consistently. The hair is really fine and in a small area so as it didn’t work properly I wouldn’t recommend this product.
