This product works but takes time and patience and a steady hand and you have to put it in at the right angle to destroy the hair follicle.

Know what to expect
The device is functional. The price is indeed quite high for such simple tool, but it's extremely difficult to find, so I'm very happy with this purchase. It takes time to learn how to use it properly, and one should keep that in mind. Do not use moisturizer at least several hours before use, otherwise it would get "fried" instead of the follicle, and might even leave a scar. Read the instructions carefully before use and follow them strictly. Start with the lowest setting, do not make more than two attempts per session, and be very patient. If you first pluck the unwanted hairs and then treat them with Clean + Easy as soon as they grow again, you'll be sure they're in the appropriate phase. Do not forget to sanitize your skin as well as the device, before and after use.

This time not very good, they bent so easily and were ruined after two uses. I am very careful with them and have used others that did not seem quite so flimsy. Two uses for £9.99 isn't great but it could be that they were just a bad batch. I hope so as I will need to buy them in the future.

Do not buy it.
I bought one and it did not work at all. Returned it and bought another one hoping it would work. It worked, but did not do the job properly. The switch worked only on level 10, and it was leaving bad burns.

Les aiguilles sont parfaites mais je souhaite acquérir l'appareil d'épilation par électrolyse complet sinon les aiguilles seules ne servent à rien. Ces appareil d'épilation par électrolyse pour le consommateur particulier sont très efficaces, je regrette qu'Amazone n'en propose pas à la vente. Si quelqu'un a des infos à ce sujet, je suis preneuse.

Ha llegado un día antes de lo previsto. Muy bien porque se puede utilizar con el parado de electrólisis de Babyliss, que hace años que no está en el mercado y sus recambios tampoco y estos van perfectos y puedo volver a usar el aparato. Muy contenta

Ça marche, ne pas abandonner mais demande du temps (ex 2 ans )
Super quand la lumière pulséene marche pas. Il faut être un athlète des JO pour insérer la fine aiguille à la base du poil (je fais environ 5-6 poils en 2 h. L'installation est longue. Je me suis équipée en petites lampes puissantes et orientables. L'endurance paie. Mais il faut du temps car il y a beaucoup de cycles de repousse du poil. Surtout ne pas insister et ne pas augmenter l'intensité si le poil ne part pas en tirant tout de suite (risque de petites cicatrices). Réessayer 2-3 jour après ça devrait être bon. Ne pas hésiter à tourner l'aiguille jusqu'à ce que ça sonne. Humidifier les doigts mais pas trop (des fois trop ça ne marche pas ).
