As the headline says, I think this is a good non-stimulant fat burner, or at least one with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with it. The advice on the label to start with one capsule to assess tolerance was a little confusing since it also claims to have no stimulants. For those wondering, green tea extract can have caffeine, but it does not necessarily have it (or at least any appreciable amount). In any case, I started with one capsule, which I took with water first thing in the morning about an hour before breakfast. My physiological response was pretty intense on one capsule. It was sort of like caffeine jitters. So, if they are loading a bunch of caffeine into these and saying the opposite, that is a cheap trick and not good at all. I'm not sure what else in these is producing this effect but giving the benefit of the doubt and saying it's the synergistic effect of the ingredients, something happened. I think this triggered some anxiety in me. This was then compounded when I started in on my morning coffee. I experienced anxiety pretty much all day, but it went away when I got out and moved around and forgot about it. So, I think a lot of it was placebo effect snowballing on me. I will say that I was not my usual ravenous self at breakfast, but the appetite suppression did not carry forward for the rest of the day. Perhaps two or three capsules would do that. You could also conceivably split up the dosage. I really wish I'd tolerated this better the first time. I may go back for a second try. The bottom line for me is that if you are young and healthy and you are not overly sensitive to things in your system (stimulant or otherwise), this supplement might be something to look into. If you are a bit older (as I am) and/or prone to anxiety or are sensitive to new things, I would probably steer clear.

This supplement made me so nauseas I had to throw up. The direction says to take 3 but than after that its says to first try one. I didn't see that 2nd part until later mainly because the yellow back ground with small white print lettering made it impossible to read. When I took this supplement I felt like I was on drugs it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and anxious. I had a hard time falling asleep that night. It says its stimulant free but on the online advertisement under questions and answers it says it has stimulants. So which one is it? From my experience it definitely has stimulants. I don't appreciate when advertisers are dishonest and say one thing but actually mean something else. The picture of the demon says it all.
