Trike took some time to put together but went together well. I had an issue with damage to the seat. I made contact with the seller who had a quick response to my concern. After a few texts back and forth to get them the information they needed a replacement seat was sent out. In the week I have had it I received the replacement and it is now installed. Very happy with how they handled it and would be likely to buy from them again.

Overall met expectations. Being used in a rural area on paved roads. Seat could be more comfortable, getting a new one. Riding and power assist work fine, trike riding VERY different from bike. Trike better for seniors. Assembly cost $200 by bike shop. Shop had to explain how it works, no instructions either in the box or online. Same with battery charging. All straightforward to do, after its explained or figured out.

Not finished assembling my trike but so far so good. Had problems starting it but I got through it.

Once you get it put together it's a good resource to have. The assembly was a pain for me, but it works well.

The media could not be loaded.  I order a Mophoto electric trike and was sent a Mooncool instead, not sure if there is any difference. The assembly manual was not so helpful, nothing able the installing the front disc brake. It was real hard to put the front hub onto the front forks. It took two people to help pull the fork apart enough to drop the hub in. The back wheel is at Action Sport to adjust the spokes, the wheel wobbles as you go down the road. The wheel is back on and rolls great. The back fenders does not align up with the tire. Had to install one fender on one side of the bracket, and the other fender on the other side of the bracket. Aligning the disc brake pad was another challenge. Overall , the trike operates good now! And rides as well. My wife loves the color.
