Q: Are any of these good for green iguanas? (As in jungle, not desert iguanas)

Yes these are very good for all iguanas! Reptiles need UVB and UVA lights. To be healthy! We own several large iguanas.

Q: is the uvb 5 13 watts good for a baby leo?

Actually, overall it’s a trash bulb and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money. We tried two and both were defective and horribly made. Go with Zoo Med or even Phillips

Q: Does this produce any heat? Lamp only 8 inches from basking area.

A very small amount I have close to our dragons basking area as well. I think it's a great bulb for $$

Q: How long does this last if on for 8 hours/day? Is there a viable alternative? (not many 15.0 bulbs available)

I keep mine on for like 12 hour usually like 7am til like 8 or 9 at night and I only have to get a new on once a year or so
