Light and easy to use. Really not as solid as my 20 year old metal one which has been left out of doors for most of that time. I would have preferred a plastic screw as in the image to fix the height rather than the friction twist lock that seems to be the norm. However for the price they are good value.

Very easy to use good product

I ordered these poles because although they were a little more expensive than others, they had a side tightening method, which I prefer; I find the side tightening ones easier to tighten and less likely to slip when tightened.These arrived wrapped in nothing more sturdy than an inordinate amount of black plastic wrap which had to be cut off with scissors; I thought the idea was to try to reduce single use plastic waste.When I eventually got the poles out, I could see that they were not the same as those that I had ordered, but, they were the same as the cheaper ones I had bought these instead of!! They were not very well finished off, and the top tightening method does leave them opening to slipping if you don't, or can't, tighten them up enough.Now I was left with a set of top tightening poles that are not ideal. In fairness, I messaged the company , and they were very quick to respond; they were apologetic and issued a refund.

I ordered two clothes poles from dealassured. Unfortunately they didn't arrive. I wrote a note to them and they hastened the courier immediately. Unfortunately, the courier -FedEx - let us all down by using a tactic that I have seen used before, where they simply advise that they cannot trace the items in their system! Really! A multinational can't find a parcel entrusted to them-they are nearly as bad as the Royal Mail has become!Anyway, rant over. dealassured contacted me and sent new poles. They were delivered to timescale, and the product is of good quality so I am happy enough with the product.This seller deserves a lot of credit for resolving the problem of the lost package. They kept me fully informed and that is the important bit. They are very obviously customer focussed and deserve praise for their efforts.
