I purchased this product to help with demarcation while growing my natural hair color out. I’ve had years of hair dye in my hair and the result was a medium reddish brown color mids to ends. I applied this per packaging directions and left on for 30 minutes. I think it did an incredible job toning down the deep warmth I had. I really wish I would have tried this sooner and I wish they carried it in a larger container. If you have darker hair and are looking for a great toning product for warmth, I highly recommend!

My greys were so bright white and my formerly black ends were getting brassy. I wanted to tone down the brightness a bit and for my ends to match my roots. I left Extreme Silver in my hair for an hour and rinsed it out with cool water. I feel like my hair looks more uniform now and is so shiny. The greys are still present but not as starkly bright as before. I love that it conditioned my hair and smells so good! I am a peppermint lover so this is just perfect. My husband even commented on how minty my hair was. I'm thrilled that this will fade over time and will not damage my hair. This product is perfect for toning natural grey hair! Blends the greys, softens, and adds shine. 5/5 I will definitely be repurchasing.

The conditioner worked really well for me!! It left my hair soft and hydrated while still leaving behind color. On the blind parts of my hair the color was much brighter then on the brown parts of my hair where I was left with a tinted hue. Overall I really enjoyed and would happily use it again.!!

I really loved this Overtone Lilac Lotus color-depositing conditioner. The shade came out soft and pretty, exactly what I was looking for. It added a noticeable tint without damaging my hair at all. My hair felt very hydrated and smooth thanks to the shea butter and coconut oil. The color lasted about 2–3 weeks on my hair, and it faded nicely without turning patchy. It’s easy to apply and smells good too. If you want a gentle, semi-permanent pop of color while keeping your hair healthy, this product is a great choice!

I LOOOOVE this! It worked so well on my long gray hair. I use it to correct yellowing. I notice it where I tend to spend more time with the blow dryer or heat tools. It leaves the hair so soft and shiny. I do have a few tips: If you are using it to correct yellowing give it a chance. It might take two uses. Also, concentrate on the problem areas for the first 15 minutes then spread to the rest of the hair and rinse. I once used it all over my head for the 20 minutes, recommended and although it corrected the yellowing where I had no yellowing to start with, I ended up with a very slight slight (noticible by me) tinge of violet. If yellowing is not corrected try a clarifying shampoo or make a clarifying paste with baking soda. Then on the following shampoo day do your Overtone treatment. I will continue to buy and recommend this as long as they keep making it.

This is my favorite color and manufacturer. The blue is gorgeous. I really appreciate how natural the product is because I don’t like to poison my body with regular hair dye that contains toxic chemicals. To preserve the color, I do wash my hair with water that is not hot, but that’s small sacrifice to make for the beautiful rich blue color.

Works very well and color has been vibrant and bright!!! Washes out eventually, so I love using it for my school aged daughter!

My 1st reaction was " holy shipping it worked" and my dry hair felt so silky when other shampoo turned it into a rats nest. Love this stuff. My natural hair is bright silver, thin like clear fishing wire so if i don't dye it the scalp is clearly visible. It is also extremely dry due to medical treatments from infusions. No matter what shampoo or conditioner i used, it knotted up. This stuff made my hair comb through like silk. My hair is so dry, I only need to wash my hair once a week. After the 1st washing the roots did lighten up but it does say you can use this product once a week. Love this product. This is great for inbetween hair coloring cuz the roots dont show. It is a little messy and can leave stains but i cleaned up any stains right away or used bleach on my white sink. In the shower, i plugged up the drain so was pooled on the floor and any dye was diluted and did not stick to the shower surface. Overtone is very thick putting on and did not drip. Just be sure to cover any surfaces and clean up right away. I am definitely ordering again. To Overtone Company - DONT CHANGE THE PRODUCT!

Did not damage my hair, Its nice. I have thick curly hair and the bottle only lasted 2 uses and was not enough to apply. I had pink highlights that wore off and I thought this would restore my pink highlights but it didn’t. It just added a tiny bit of color that wasn’t really that noticeable. I wouldn’t buy this again but I think it’s a good product overall. Just not what’s promised.
