I use this in my class room as a team bonding activity. I’m not sure about the actual accuracy of the item but it sure is fun. I would definitely recommend it! Instructions are clear and can be used in Kgs or lbs and has a setting for multiple users to test their grip and track progress.

Grip strength is an indicator of age-health! This gives accurate info!!

It does work well in the lower range, but if you are gripping at the higher range, you will break this thing.

Item delivered on time and seems to work very well. Test each hand three times before every workout and readings are consistent and appear to be accurate. Easy to set up and adjustable hand grip is a bonus. Highly recommend

Challenging

The delivery was prompt, packaged well and the device was as expected. Have tested it and it works well, now just need to incorporate it to a regular routine. Just another set of aging muscles to prevent from the relentless effects of sarcopenia.

great gift for my nephew who has an interest in climbing, we all had fun with it at the christmas party with it as well.
