Q: Does it clean area rugs or just vacuum them?

I says it will clean area rugs! I haven’t tried it BUT it is an awesome machine in tile, linoleum & wood!!!!

Q: What other salutations can you use with this machine

I have been using my usual floor cleaner Lysol.

Q: Does anyone have a Husky or Shepherd and use this product? I'm dubious that it would be able to handle heavy shedders fur pick up.

I actually do have a German Shepherd and my floors are all vinyl plank. This little Shark sweeper really impressed me. The hair can definitely get to be a bit much for anyone but this thing is so easy to take apart and clean it really has managed to keep up. If the hair builds up too much around the roller, you can just pop it out and remove it into the trash. Even the filter and catch bottle pull apart so you can rinse them out. I only wish it were a little bigger but beyond that, I'd definitely recommend it. I didn't order mine with any of the cleaning products, I started with plain water and then used just a little bit of Ajax and my floors look like new.

Q: Does anyone know where you can buy the storage tray at?

Got this a month ago and it is definitely worth it’s weight in gold. Just bought a house that’s over 2200sq ft and this device makes it so much faster for cleaning. Can have the whole house done and clean in about an hour compared to almost two hrs with using a conventional mop. Definitely recommend
