These panties are more comfortable than any other I’ve bought of this type. I bought these panties for urine leaks. They would be great to use for period use as they do absorb well. I wash mine in the washing machine with other delicates in cold water. This is my second order of them. The price is higher than others, but they make up for it in comfort and lasting longer than others.

The fit is very good..does not ride up..stays in place..doesn't feel like you are wearing a brick in your panties! Works very well

I was hesitant to get these because of the price, but I caught them on sale. The fit is excellent. I’m 5’5”, 170lbs, thicker around the middle. These feel great and don’t roll down or ride up. I use a Saalt disc with maxi pads for back up on my heavier days, but I hate the feeling of a pad and have used cheaper leakproof panties at night (not seamless and pretty lumpy😂 so not a good look for leaving the house!) so I wanted to try some during the day after a recent gusher experience at a theme park 😱. I now wear these panties as my “backup” on heaviest days instead of using a pad, which just feels gross. These panties solve the problem. They are super high-waisted, perfect for dresses or clothing cut specifically high-waisted. They do show about a half-inch above my scrub pants, but my top is long and covers it.As a primary method of period protection, I anticipate the gusset may be a bit short both front and back in this “super” version, but the “ultra” leakproof with a full gusset isn’t available through Amazon currently (I like to avoid shipping costs, so I didn’t purchase direct from the vendor.) Definitely recommend. I’ll watch for another sale!

4x for me is 60 to 80in round I didn't see the size chart that fitted up to size 26 cuz a U.S. 4x fits me good. I tried them on and they fitted perfect and they are light not heavy like some padded undies. On a negative note. To my delight I ordered 2 and couldn't wait for my 6 pairs of undies you know just like the picture showed 3 pair not one pair. Well I got only 2 , this is false advertising. If you show 3 pairs of the same product then that is what people expect. I read the product detail over 3 times and didn't see where only one item was included in package. They fit to good to send back. I will have to be more vigilant about what's not being said and go to the reviews cuz there was one about not getting 3 but one they blamed themselves for not reading the order. There was nothing written about only one pair!!!

These Knix High Rise panties are super light, stretchy, and very comfortable. A little pricy, though.

These are so well made. They worked for me. After my first pair I ordered three more. Knix the BEST.

These are great and worth the price because you can wash them. I do crossfit and there are certain exercises where the momentum can cause issues and the lining works perfectly, no leakage and the fit as a whole is really comfortable. They were recommended to me by other women in the gym who use these. A big plus not having to use pads.

Love these underwear. So comfortable. Great for bladder leaks. So nice to not need a pad…have bought 2 more and will buy another couple of psirs

They don't come up high enough in the front or the back for proper coverage while I walk around nvm while I would sleep. I got these for extra protection whole I sleep and they still don't catch anything. And i just found out there was another version for higher coverage look for those. Not happy wasted money
