The media could not be loaded. I like that it is exact same piece as the one I had that broke on me.

Garbage product. Cheap plastic bent during first use and caused a leak at the connection on the karcher end. Ordered a replacement and the same thing happened within 20 minutes of first use. Using a 2200 psi pressure washer. Do not buy.
