I had purchased an wipro north west UFO extension board in previous month and after some days the light inside the extension board had stopped working. I contacted wirpo customer care and they told me they will replace the product and sent me a courier to give back the faulty product. I had sent the faulty product via courier arranged by wipro on 11th may 2024 ... It's already been 17 days since I had sent the product ...But still no response from Wipro never expected such things from a company like Wipro...don't buy this...Edit it's been 5 months since I brought this product still they hadn't replaced it let's see how many more times would they need.

The plastic is so cheap that it broke in 1 week. Never buy this. It's fake Wipro branding

Purchased this on 25 January 2024 and the top white portion has developed cracks (see photo). It has not fallen down or been overloaded. Poor quality, not expected from a brand like Wipro!!Edit 09th May 2024:After calling Wipro Service Center as instructed by Amazon and not getting any response I also filed a warranty complaint with Amazon after waiting for a reply from Wipro. Amazon got all the details and even after following up several times, Amazon has not solved anything. Money is gone and product cannot be used. Think before you buy.

The On / OFF switch has shorted and sparks. The cover has also cracked
