7 Inch Rafter Square Carpenter Square Aluminum Square Layout Tool with Black Oxide Finish(Metric)

I didn’t actually know what this did or how to use it until I bought it and watched a few videos.Now it’s the first thing I reach for whenever I have my carpenters hat on!It’s the slide rule for chippies!Calculating and transferring angles and cuts on almost anything that needs sawing and joining has never been easier.If only they had taught me how to use one 50 yrs ago in Woodshop!!!

Excellent tool, easy to use and feels like it's high quality. The marks are only every 2mm and it's quite thick so the accuracy isn't the best

Good value for money, well made, clear to read.

I like its rugged design; I have been using it as a square for making up wood, I have also clamped this square to planks to act as a guide for my jigsaw, so I can make straight cuts.

Brilliant square just one issue. The scribing lines are imperial, it's supposed to be a metric square hence the 3 stars other than that it is square and true and a superbly useful tool

Damaged on receipt

Had a couple of set squares that.seemed to "waver" after they had spent time in my toolkit however this appears almost indestructible. It's a solid lump, how can it go wrong? Just what I needed.
