Great Device! Big Problem Solver!
I recently bought 4 new tires and along with TPMS sensors for the tires. The factory batteries on these are 8-10 years. If your car is approaching this 8-10 yrs old you should replace them. They cost $20-35 and is worth every penny. Although you order the pre-programmed to match your car, the above item is a “learning tool” that teaches the new sensors to communicate with your car so it can tell you of a tire is low. You’ll need to order or buy a 9V battery and follow easy instructions. It took less than 5 min to program my Cadillac ATS Coupe. This learning tool worked fantastic and is simple to use. (Refer to your car’s owner’s manual) once you’re ready to use it.

Worked on my 2017 Ford Explorer TPMS
Worked as intended. I replaced all 4 TPMS on my 2017 Ford Explorer since two quit and the other two were going to quit soon enough due to age of the non replaceable batteries. Once the new TPMS were installed, they needed to be synced to the vehicle so that the PSI would show on the dash. I followed the learning procedure on my vehicle and then you just hold this near the valve stems and after about a second the vehicle linked up. Cheap and easy to use.

Will Not Complete The Job On My F150
Have contacted the company on their website multiple times and through email. No response. Tool will not complete the job.Tried to use this for the first time just recently, after doing my own tire rotation.New batterySwitch set to 'F' for FordFollowing Ford TPMS procedure:Relearn Procedure for Models WITH STANDARD IGNITION. Inflate all tires to pressure listed on vehicle placard.Turn ignition to OFF position and press and release brake pedal.Cycle ignition from the OFF to RUN position 3 times, ending in the RUN position.Press and release brake pedal.Turn ignition to OFF position.Cycle ignition from the OFF to RUN position 3 times, ending in the RUN position.Horn will sound once, and the TPMS telltale will blink once, indicating train mode is initiated. If equipped with a message center, it will display TRAIN LF TIRE.Starting with the LF tire, use your TPMS scan tool to scan each sensor in the following order: LF, RF, RR, LR (and full size spare if equipped). The horn will sound once each sensor has been recognized. After training LR tire, the message center will display TRAINING MODE COMPLETE. If the vehicle is not equipped with the message center display, successful completion can be verified by turning the ignition to the OFF position and not hearing the horn sound. If the horn sounds, then the training procedure must be repeated.Turn ignition to the OFF position.I can never get the LR tire recognized and it always fails, giving me the error message, "Tires Not Trained - Repeat".I'd be happy to rate this higher if it worked.

F150,,,Tool works fantastic, but you must follow the directions that are supplied
I tried this four times and couldn't get my 2010 f150 tire pressure sensors to get recognized! I've had my vehicle with brand new sensors that I bought from Amazon installed for about 6 months. I tried about a dozen different YouTube videos and methods to get the sensors and the vehicle to communicate. They all failed. I got the vehicle into program mode but every time I went to the left front tire to program it it never recognized it, even tried letting the air out of the tire until the horn beeps, which is worked on other vehicles for me, but not this 2010 f150! I'd read a post somewhere or review that this particular programmer has Ford and GM capabilities, and one of the reviews on here from a Ford guy said he got his F-150 sensors to communicate by putting it in the GM mode??. I was going to return the item after it did nothing using the multiple methods I'd found online all of which seem credible because the vehicle went into program mode for the left front tire! As I was getting ready to start the Amazon return for it I found the paperwork that came with it and decided to look at it and it had a slightly different program procedure than the ones I'd had so I figured I'd give it a shot before returning it. I'm still laughing because it worked instantly and all four wheel sensors were programmed in less than 20 seconds lol. It's a good tool you just have to follow the right instructions for programming that come with the device! five stars for good instructions from the seller

2012 F150.New U-Pro Hybrid 2.0 sensors.
2012 F150. New U-Pro Hybrid 2.0 sensors. It worked for me using the instructions method that came with the tool(brake ,ignition , brake, ).The Flasher method DID NOT work.Another thing I found out with the FORD was,,,,To do the learning ,the tire pressure should be set at whatever it says on your doorjamb. Once you finish the learning, you can put it at whatever you need.Im happy

Works GREAT on 2017 Ford Explorer, takes seconds and your done!
I purchased a used ford explorer and the wheel shad been changed and had no TPMS installed. The light drove me crazy, so I purchased s set of 4 on Amazon for $33 and had them installed at me local tire shop, but they didnt just activate as others have on other vehicles after driving on them for a while. I went to 3 different tire shops who all were unable to activate the sensors I purchased, and I told them they were pre programmed and just needed activated, with no luck. Before paying to have them removed and returning them I decided to try this little relearn tool as I had seen a few others use and within seconds I was able to relearn all 4 sensors to my vehicle and have TPMS readings again! So for under $50 I was able to get everything fixed up for less than the $75 for one sensor my local tire shop charges!

Excellent tool
Super straight forward and Easy to use. Absolutely a staple for the toolbox, use it almost everyday and takes way less time than some of the vehicle- specific programable ones.
