I purchased an inexpensive mattress thinking at age 68, that I would still like the feel of a firm supportive sleep as I was accustomed to in my youth. Well, not so much!! I awoke with extremely sore pressure points (shoulders, hips, every joint touched upon as a side sleeper) and just getting up in the mornings was a very long arduous process. I decided to check into mattress toppers but there are so many combinations. I researched thickness, material, cost, and customer reviews. But sleep is such a relative feature, everyone has a different take on what is good and what is not.I finally decided to get the thickest option for the price, narrowing it down to 3. I chose the Unipon Queen 4" Topper, medium-firm, charcoal memory foam, high density, certipur certified with the ice silk cover. The order process was simple, the shipment left quickly, the package arrived undamaged and on time. The only place I had to unbox the topper for the 48-72 hour period was directly on my bed. The topper expanded upon releasing the seal tight packaging. No odor. I didn't wait the suggested time period, since I have only the one bed. Once I was able to climb upon the now 20" bedding (clearly I didn't think everything through), I laid down and felt relief!! I literally slept for two days.Now, my only problem is staying on the ice silk topper cover. It's very slippery (when you consider other mattress covers) however, that may not be a deal breaker after all. So far I am a week into this purchase and I'm very happy.

got this for my big dog and I put his blanket over it. Its very comfortable and easy for me to take the blanket off and wash it!

This mattress topper is comfortable, made of good quality material, and a good value for the money.

Seems like it would be comfortable to sleep on, however the odor is unbearable. Smells as though it's been in a flooded basement for years. Gave it three days to air out but it hasn't diminished one bit. Disappointed it will need to be returned.
