This phone works great in the Caribbean, Trinidad to be specific! It actually exceeds my expectations. There is an option to have it call out who is calling so it rings twice then says ‘John is calling’ (it’s an option which can be turned off and it’s only if the name is stored in the phone’s phonebook or it will simply call out the number). The numbers are large so great readability, the volume is loud enough, I also have a V-tech phone and it’s louder than that. The only improvement i’ll make to it is to have a light indicator when it is charging since there isn’t any ( the phone itself has written on it ‘charging’). It says it can also be answered by voice and can also be used as a baby monitor which I haven’t tried as yet. Looks great and easily shows how many voicemails received in the main base, also plays them easily. Good value for money. Haven’t had it long enough to speak on durability but seems well made.

The entire system is easy to install and use , whether a desk top or wall mount , it literally assembles very easy .First thing to do is to charge the hand set battery for recommended time . Setting time and date and any preferences such as volume and ring tone are as simple as pressing menu button and follow each and set . Its handset is small and light weight so it doesn’t cause any discomfort . It’s a simple , inexpensive and easy to operate solution to phone and answering system replacement for any land line need . There are so many more features you’ll be impressed that so much is offered at an inexpensive price .

This phone replaced a much older version on my land line that would no longer hold a charge. (That older phone was at least over 15 years old). This phone is working well, but it has fewer features than the old cordless system.

I’ve been using the Panasonic Cordless Phone with Answering Machine for about a year now, and overall it’s been a solid, dependable land line phone for our guitar repair shop.Setup was quick and straightforward, and the display and buttons are easy to read and use. The sound quality on calls is clear on both ends, with very little static as long as you’re within a reasonable range of the base. I’ve been able to walk around my shop and even into my parking lot without dropping calls.The answering machine has worked reliably the entire time. Messages are easy to access and playback is clear. I also like that it doesn’t feel overly complicated—just simple, no-fuss functionality that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.Battery life has held up well after a year of daily use. I usually keep the handset off the base for long stretches, and it still lasts through the day without needing frequent recharging. That’s been a pleasant surprise since I’ve had other cordless phones that degrade much faster.If I had one minor complaint, it’s that the build feels a bit lightweight, so it doesn’t have a super “premium” feel. But in terms of performance, it’s been reliable, which matters more to me for a home phone.After a year, I’d say this is a dependable, easy-to-use cordless phone system that just quietly does its job without issues.

The best landline phone I have ever used. It looks good, the buttons are easy to use, reception is clear as is the speaker phone and play-back. The best part is, the phone blocks spam calls. Doesn't even ring when numbers are blocked.

The phones work great and have a lot of features. The range seems to be very good from what I can tell - my mom can walk all around her house and have no problems with sound/call quality. These are especially convenient for someone who wants to keep their landline, but not carry a device around with them all the time. The only negative (and it's a pretty big one) is that whoever designed the menu layout needs to be sent back to design school along with the person who approved it. It is absolutely terrible - everything is hard to get to and it is extremely clunky. Not intuitive at all and hard to navigate - especially for the likely target audience of older folks.

The simplicity of this phone makes it easy to use. Initially, I didn't want an answering machine, but the simple front controls make it a snap to turn it off. Voice quality is excellent. Call Block works great, so easy to use. Styling is great and price made this an excellent choice. The display is great with large, easy to read graphics. A nice touch, when a call comes from any number stored in the phone book a voice announces the caller's name. So easy to know it's someone you know calling! An added bonus, blue tooth capabilities make it possible to link your cell phone to this unit. I haven't done it, but it's nice to know you can.

The person who prepared this has no idea that the item is not intended for Australian customers due to the fact that the voltage is 120 volts and not 220 volts. Be mindful of it next time
