Very pleased with this purchase
Well designed with spring loaded spindle at one end, making it easy to mount and dismount blind from the wall brackets. Good quality chain and clutch mechanism - the end result has a much better look and feel than the all-plastic fittings that originally came with the blind. The only part of installation I find difficult was pushing the spindles into the tube of the blind - my blind had an internal tube diameter of 24mm, where the diameter across the ribs of the spindles is 24.5mm. In the end, some brute force was needed, which shaved a bit of plastic off the ribs.

Nearly perfect.
Was hard to find a replacement. So this was nearly perfect except for the covers didn't fit. Nevertheless it fitted the original except new screw holes had to be drilled into the window frame. Otherwise works perfected replacing old broken clutch. Nobody else supplied this.

Sturdy, adjustable and good value for money
I was forced to find a replacement for the flimsy Dunelm brackets on a roller blind, which broke after about 2 months of use. This replacement product is excellent and, thanks to being adjustable, straightforward to fit.

Well made, very pleased with this.
This was to replace a rather flimsy item supplied by John Lewis with the blind. Since it was a blackout blind it would be raised and lowered each morning and night. It needed a strong reliable bracket assembly. This item achieves just that. Metal, well made, latches securely, smooth action, in all very pleased with this item.

It says Luxury Metal fittings but the "cog" wheel part is plastic.
The only reason I purchased this item was to replace the plastic cog on my existing roller blind which has been ground away by the chain and can no longer lift the blind.I was expecting a Luxury Metal cog which would last longer.

Strong fittings. So much better than poor quality plastic components of original blind. Some reshaping of inserts needed to fit into a blind tube from Wilko.
