Very good product. Loved it. The two power mode is excellent. I would be more happy if they provide removable non-stick and steel containers in a single kettle. That would be perfect. But currently I am using non-stick version and it is also very awesome product.

The cooker heats efficiently and gets the job done well for daily household use. Performance-wise, there are no major issues, and it is convenient for small families or quick cooking needs. However, one area where improvement is needed is the build quality. The overall body feels a little light, and the steel quality of the steamer/container should be better to ensure durability and long-term usage. The build quality is good. Very light weight and easy to carry, perfect for travel.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Instacuppa non-stick electric kettle that I purchased on Friday. Shockingly, the product has developed serious issues during just the second usage. The black non-stick coating of the pot has already started deteriorating, with the black layer appearing to leak a blackish liquid. Additionally, the steel steamer tray was heavily scratched right from the time of delivery. While I initially chose to overlook the scratches and proceeded to use the product, I certainly did not expect the non-stick coating to deteriorate so severely after only two uses. This is an extremely poor experience and raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of the product. A product showing such significant wear and tear within the second usage is completely unacceptable. I have images documenting the condition of the product, including the scratches and the deterioration of the coating. Since the product is well within the warranty period, I expect the team to address this grievance promptly and arrange for a replacement of the defective product. I am highly disappointed with my experience with Instacuppa and hope this issue is resolved at the earliest.

Unlike the non-stick models, I don’t have to worry about coatings peeling off into my food. I can use metal spoons and scrub it properly without any fear of damage. It’s perfect for boiling eggs, making Maggi, and steaming momos. 2. The "Surprise" Freebie (The Glass Tumbler): The highlight for me was the Single Glass Tumbler I got for free. It’s not just a cheap plastic cup; it’s a very high-quality borosilicate glass tumbler that looks and feels incredibly premium. It’s perfect for the tea or coffee I make in the kettle. 3. Performance: Pros: Heats up very fast (600W), adjustable temperature settings are great for simmering, and the steamer tray is actually useful (not just a gimmick). Cons: Since it's steel, you need to stir milk or thick items frequently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Verdict: If you want a durable, chemical-free cooker that will last a long time, go for this steel version. The premium glass tumbler makes the whole deal feel like a steal! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good product , heats well n has heat level regulator , the nonstick covering is good ; I wish the electric plug that goes into the kettle was a little more firm ! Overall a handy good cook pot / kettle
