1116 CD/528 DVD Storage Shelf Rack Unit Adjustable Book Bluray Video Games(Brown)

Easy to put together if you are used to assembling flat pack furniture. The quality is good. Lots of storage and everything is east to reach (I am short!). I like the way it sticks out at the bottom so it can't tip over.

Overall I have been pleased with this purchase. However when I opened the packaging and checked the contents I did find a problem with three of the boards. I contacted the supplier who responded immediately and asked for photographic evidence. Once I had supplied this the replacements were sent for next day delivery. It is always annoying when things go wrong however good customer service solved the issue.The product itself is very good value for money although not that robust. Care needs to be taken when building it and moving it and it should certainly not be moved when partially constructed. The instructions are in pictorial form and are easy to follow, it is well worth spending a little time familiarizing yourself with the parts and the way they fit together before starting. Once the rack has been put in place and attached to the wall it is solid and well up to the job it was made for. Comments about the finished product are as follows:1) The finish is OK but I wouldn't really want this in the living room, its not awful or anything but it has a "economy" look to it.2) It probably does store about 1100 CD's - I haven't quite got that far yet.3) The shelves are high enough to fit the majority of CD's and box sets I have got, I can only find 3 that wouldn't fit out of 650.4) Most of the shelves are movable so you could fit games or whatever in it.This product is good value for money and I'm satisfied.

After a issue with delivery, not down to seller (ukmail).. The seller was in contact and responded to all my moaning emails, the unit finally arrived in two boxes.Instructions are not the best, but have seen far worse.The unit was well protected in the boxes and once you get you head around the instructions it was quite easy to put together, took me about 40 mins not rushingUnit looks great but does need fixing to wall with supplied brackets if your putting lots in itUnit finish is far better than expected, my only man is the finish on the unit back is very fragile, removing item number sticker from the back caused slight damage.. They could probably put the sticker on the unfinished part of the backOverall a great media storage unit at a good price from a recommended seller

I have given this 5 stars as its a great item. It is very spacious (10 shelves high) and we also had extra spare shelves due to using this as a bluray rack. Fits 20 blurays (without sleeves) perfectly in each gap (can fit 21 at a squeeze). If using for dvds the gaps would have to be spaced out more.Easy for 2 to assemble.The only issue we had was with the courier as this item comes as a 2 pack they lost one box in transit. We phoned both courier and the company that makes and sells this item, we were told by the courier there was never 2 boxes in transit. The company said even though it was the couriers fault they would send us the other box out again and we received it in a couple of days. Customer service was brilliant and would definitely purchase this item again and maybe different items in the future.

The media could not be loaded. The item was delivered in 2 boxes and on building we discovered the WHOLE top section was missing rows and rows of the pre drilled holes for the shelves. When contacted the seller was unhelpful and tone was disinterested. We were told the only solution they offered was sending out the faulty parts again - as this shelf is clearly a factory second snd it was already built that was not a workable option unfortunately. Also at least 6 sections were faulty so it was basically half the unit!!!The item itself looks ok but was poor quality and made of chipboard. The metal pegs also didnt fit into the guide holes without hammering which caused some chips to the dark wood veneer. After complaining a 10% refund was provided without my agreement and when I messaged again to try and solve the matter fairly they just ignored my questions. Very disappointed and I’m left with a £150 shelf that is unstable and cant hold much media! I was told by making it safe (it was in a childs room) I had voided the warranty so was lucky to get a 10% refund!!!Next time I’ll go to Ikea…

When I opened the first of the two boxes containing all the parts I was greeted but a large wooden panel that was snapped in two, obviously not a great start. I emailed the supplier on a Thursday night and they got back to me around midday the following day and told me the replacement part would arrive on Monday. Can't really fault them for that. The panel arrived just as they said.Building the thing wasn't too bad. The only thing I'd say is be very careful putting the little clips into the back of the 6 outter panels. Too much pressure when screwing them in caused the whole thing to split in the centre. This wasn't too bad as I just had to separate the two halves and just hammer one of the fixings back in. I do recommend fitting those little plastic clips in by laying the case on it's side rather than it's back.The final product is pretty great. I've never had excess display space before. Another small gripe I have is with the little pegs you insert to lay the shelves on. Sometimes they slide in like butter, other times they need some persuasion from a hammer but none have ever failed to work in the end so far.So I'd give the final result 5 stars but due to the damaged part, instructions telling you lie the case on it's front and the peg holes being a bit too tight I had to mark it down by one star. However this wouldn't stop me from buying one again.
