Funsicle1600 GPH Flow Rate Sand Filter Pump

My cheap little pump that came with my pool was a pain. Had to clean it every day and it would only last for one season and stop working so I would have to buy a new one. Cheap pump broke while I went away and my pool looked like pea green soup when I got home. I decided to get a sand filter pump this time. Arrived in 2days. Set everything up turned it on added the needed chemicals and wow with in 2 days my pool looked great. I did have to back wash and rinse several times during those 2days, but if I would have just got another little pump it would have been a week at the least to clear my pool. The really great part is that as my grandchildren grow I can get a bigger pool and still use this filter pump. RHighly recommend this product.

I own a 10' easy setup Intex pool. I hated the paper filters so finally shelled some cash on this filter. I nerver heard of this brand but the sale was so tempting I went for it.It comes with more accessories than i needed to convert form one pump to another. They really thought of everything when Funsicle packed this 10" sand pump. Even the plugs needed to swap out the hoses. The O-ring needed to prevent leaks. enough hoses for a double intake.Instructions are easy and thorough no matter your set up. You will need to read instructions, buy filter sand, and a screwdriver to set up. I am a handy person and found this new challenge enjoyable.TIP: TIGHTEN the rings around the hoses, and then tighten again. Had a couple of hoses pop off due to the power of this filter.

Last year our pool was so hard to keep clear. This year already we're saving money on chlorine because the circulation alone is superior to the old pumo. This thing is so much better than the crap pump these above ground pools come with. Easier to assemble than expected at first site too. So happy we got this.

Bought this filter because the old filter, the types that come with these pools doesn't work very good and the filter needs to be cleaned/or replaced all the time! This is easy to clean out and attach to the old system. If you have lots of trees. Highly suggest!

This did not filter the pool whatsoever. in fact our pool turned green within 3 days of installing it. and we 1000% installed it correctly, to the letter. we threw away so much money on shock, chlorine, algaecide, clarifier before we figured out it's the filter. We even took the whole thing apart and put it back together incase we did do it wrong. but nope, did it correctly. it just sucked. it didn't filter anything. the filter our above ground pool came with was better and it was just plastic and fabric! this thing ruined my daughters birthday, which was a pool party at our house and they couldn't even get in the pool.we bought a nicer one that was like $210 and our pool is crystal freaking clear now. spend the extra $$ and do not buy this piece of crap! you'll be thankful in the end

This was a great upgrade to our above ground pool. Very powerful water flow output which kept our pool very clean. Easy to put together and take apart. We do recommend following the directions for the cleaning cycles. Our plan to to use fresh sand every year since we use the pool daily during the summer. Really enjoyed this filter and can't wait to use it again next year.

The pump works good, but I’d rather have the timer on 24 hour instead of 10 hour other words it works good
