It is in fact the poorest quality item I bought on Amazon ever. It sunk as you sleep, cant bear a normal person weight. Moving or even getting off the mattress is very hard. It will give you severe backache and frustration for not having proper sleep. I bought this after reading other feedbacks, but after using this mattress I found it crap and of lowest quality. You cab buy these mattresses for less than £100 in open/local market. Being a very frequent user of Amazon, I had to say that I am really disappointed in Amazon because I thought only quality items are sold on Amazon as compare to Ebay, but this is not the case.This mattress gave us severe backache, couldn't sleep for one night, it was a nightmare so had to send back for refund. Returning of this item is not easy due to its packaging and shipment. Seller refunded me only £125 and deducted £60. In this transaction I not only lost app £100 but also had severe backache for one month.Long story short, I would not recommend to anyone even it is on offer for free. I bought replacement mattress from Ikea though a bit expensive but they turned out to be a quality items. Now we wakeup fresh without any backache.I will give this mattress 0 out of 10

I bought this after looking at many and reading many reviews. I arrived very quickly and well packaged. It was a couple of weeks before we got to use it but after a couple of nights use I am converted. I have no complaints whatsoever and a number of comfortable nights sleeps. The only thing that would have been good is if there was more information about the delivery date. The free pillows are very comfortable too.

I am delighted with this mattress.it is excellent value.it is very comfortable and I am not aware of my husband moving about.i have got rid of my electric blanket as you get warm very quickly.The only question is if it will be too hot in summer....i hope not as I love it....will just have to wait and see.I even like the free pillows, even though they are just stuffed with offcuts but they are comfortable.

Perhaps I overlooked this, but the mattress is firm, which is not ideal for people who sleep on their sides. Maybe a fault on my part, either way I had to buy a mattress topper to make up for the issues.

Mattress is excellent as this meets the requirement what it says in terms of quality & comfort.. However I am not happy with replacement or return policy of this... so please click PURCHASE button only when you want this product 200%.....

Great product at a fantastic price. As mentioned in other reviews it takes several days to puff up from its vaccum packaging, it does smell quite strong so I left it in a well ventilated room for a week. Delivery was within a few days if purchase so service is good. I find the bed really comfy but it took my husband time to get used to it as he likes a softer bed and I like a firmer one.

Good item although pillows that are free are not memory foam just stuffed with off cuts. Overall good solid matress.

Arrived ahead of projected date. Too early to say how this mattress will equate to value for money, at present we are happy with it.
