Apparently, the other reviewers of this product don't know the difference between a US plug and an EU plug, so my pre-emptive ordering of a US voltage and socket adapter alongside this pump was a waste of money. It's an EU plug, get an EU adapter (aka a shaver adapter).The pump, for the record, is excellent. Again, the reviews don't do it justice by criticising the amazon listing and negatively affecting the rating of a perfectly good product.

I bought two but disappointed with there function. One broken down after a weeks usage. No response from the supplier. :((

Silent, powerful and easy to set up.

I recently bought this for my new marine tank and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. I received this today and it has a foreign plug on it! Needless to say I am very disappointed and will be returning this.

Non UK electrical connection, very poor from Amazon.Are they going to supply me with a UK adaptor? I think Not - If it fails within 12 months and I try to resolve if I have cut/fitted a UK plug and they deny because I have cut the cable? I think so.Excellent circulation pump, just buy it elsewhere.

Wish I had see the first review before purchasing! U.S plug!! Not mentioned in the description, very misleading! No wonder why it's cheaper here than elsewhere.. I will be complaining and seeking reimbursement for a plug adaptor rather than returning it...let's see what they say hey!

Bought 2 of them and convinced my mate to get some as well.It was brilliant for first few months but then... one of them died when I went for holidays and the propeller got stuck somehow and would not turn again. It's almost like the plastic inside expanded. 2nd one it's making rattling noise constantly and that's after 6months of usage - as I had this one as fail over. Overall - worst CP I ever had. Got few eheim devices that are running non stop for 3 years without any problems at all.
