Q: What material is the top of the shoes made out of it says man-made material is it polyvinyl chloride is it some type of polyester resin?

I think it is PVC as the material is real plasticky and of poor quality

Q: I dont see size 10 nor 10.5, what size should i order to substitite?

I believe it doesn't come in half sizes. I ordered a 10 for my husband as he usually wears a 9 1/2 or a 10, but his foot is wide.
