I suddenly got back pain and it was keeping me from my normal duties. Went to a chiropractor and started adjustments. He recommended exercises at home. I love this for my daily stretch routine. It will work perfectly in a home gym. Very well made. While I’m sure a stronger individual could easily fold it up and tote it around as a backpack, if you intend to use it that way, just look carefully at its weight. Being older and weak, I could barely just bring it inside and set it up. But once done: PERFECT!
