Man this box is amazing not hard at all to hook up I just had issues with my hot spot because it’s a pain in the butt. Now I was worried that once I cut my car off and back on I would have to resign into Netflix but I didn’t everything was still there! The only thing I wish it had is Hulu I watch most my shows on Hulu so if anyone knows how to add Hulu please tell me how lol. But this is the best thing ever and well worth the money!

Do not but this product. Totally waste of money. Difficult to connect and you can’t play any YouTube videos or you can’t even connect to your car screen.

This item will not work if you do not have the following!! Car-play, mobile hot spot or WiFi in your vehicle! I bought this for my husband for Christmas, I was hesitant based on the mixed reviews. When I got it I was even more nervous. It came in a black box, since I was nervous I opened it up. The device felt light and super cheap. I gave it to my husband early since I was worried I’d have to return it. To my pleasant surprise it hooked up to Bluetooth fairly easily, Netflix and YouTube worked great! The product is still working great a week later with no issues !! Looks can be deceiving because this product it great ! UPDATE ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER: product is still working smoothly ! Great buy especially if you travel a lot like we do or have kids! We travel frequently, my son plays academy soccer so we travel the country quite a bit, and this thing has been amazing!! Was a life saver when we drove to Florida from Jersey this past April! Highly recommend !!

Pros: - Easy setup, just follow the instructions provided - Loaded relatively quickly upon turning car on - Gave ability to use Apple Car Play (w/ Android Phone) wirelessly. Could use Waze or Maps and stream Spotify without having to connect my phone to the car via USB - Could stream Netflix and Youtube w/ no issues. Some videos screen sizes were reduced due to video resolution, but overall I was very pleased with video quality. - Tech support. I sent several emails to tech support and they were very responsive. Few things I learned from them: The device only has 8GB storage total. Although the device allows you to download videos on Netflix so you can stream later without available internet, they didn't recommend it. SD Card for local videos (which I didn't get a chance to test) supports MP4, AVI, MKV, FLV, WMV, MOV, VOB, WEBM. - Netflix app allows you to download videos so you can watch later without wifi. This is nice as you can download them on home network and not have to worry about having wifi and using hotspot out in the middle of no where. Netflix app also allows you to delete videos after you watch them or as desired. Cons: - Bluetooth constantly stays connected, even after the car is turned off. - No way to tell how much space is on device or clear cache - No reset button on device to perform factory reset - Seems to run very hot, I suggest making sure the vents (which are located on bottom) aren't blocked - After approximately 2 weeks of using the device, it stopped working. My car was parked outdoors in the hot sun for 2 days, so I'm assuming it had something to do with the heat. It worked perfectly fine on the drive there, then when I went to start my car after 2 days, the device wouldn't reboot. The support provided by Tech Support wasn't able to resolve issue. I elected to purchase different device and return this one. Summary: Until the device stopped working after 2 weeks, I was planning to give this a 5 star review as it met all the needs that I expected and I was very pleased with Tech Support responses. But after the device stopped working, I couldn't decide if it deserved a 3 star or worst. Maybe the device itself was faulty, not sure. But overall, while the product worked, I was very happy with it.

I want to start off by saying I purchased this by myself did not receive a gift nor was influenced. This review is for the people that got messed over by Toyota. I do not have nor ever have Android auto wired or any Android auto in my car. I have an Toyota Camry 2018 that Toyota removed a connection app entune app so I was stuck without anything but Toyota has Apple car play install retroactive which means no expiration and free install. And Toyota installed Apple CarPlay software still they did not install Android Auto. But on Reddit I found out when you install Apple CarPlay that this is going to work. I ordered two other name brands from other sellers that had Netflix and YouTube and whoever I spoke to on the phone said it sounded horrible and could barely hear me. So I tried this product everyone says I sound very very clear and they hear me clear nobody believes me that I have a car adapter. And now I have Android Auto wireless cuz of this adapter. Furthermore connection was flawless. I connected Bluetooth first, then Wi-Fi, then hotspot and I tested it out and I spoke couple times on the phone everyone says it is very very clear and I am extremely happy. I got this for $60. A well-known store wanted to install Android Auto for $800 their name begins with BB initials.

I got this to run Android Auto on my 2024 Street Glide. It connects through the Apple Carplay icon on the infotainment screen. Once its all set up Android Auto launches automatically when the bike is started. The bike's handlebar controls and touchscreen both work as well as the voice button for Google Assistant. The music being played still displays on the bike's own infotainment screen so you can see what's playing even without Android Auto running. You can also seamlessly switch audio output from the bike's speakers to your helmet Bluetooth system. The device is about the size of a credit card and fairly thin so it's easy to stash away on a motorcycle. Now for the caveats: - Throw the included cable into the trash can where it belongs. It fits very loosely into the device causing connection problems. - This device requires a Bluetooth microphone. I run a Cardo comm system in my helmet and that works just fine. Another reviewer shared a link for a Bluetooth dongle that would be required if you didn't have a helmet comm system. - The handlebar controls do work but they have somewhat limited functionality. The app screen is laid out in a grid pattern but you can only scroll left and right, not up and down. So to get to the second row of apps you have to keep scrolling to the right. Mildly annoying but there aren't many apps supported by Android Auto so it's not a huge deal. The bigger deal is that you can't use the Back button on the handlebar controls to get back to the main page. You have to use the touchscreen. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. It does exactly what I wanted it to do with minimal fuss. It's a shame that Android has decided to no longer support motorcycles but this is an effective workaround.

This is a $70 piece of junk. I was afraid of the quality when I chose it, so I bought a more expensive one, but I ended up buying junk. It has too many problems: 1. It is very light, and it feels like a plastic box. 2. It broke after 2 months of use, and it cannot be repaired or returned. I think it is a scam product. Because it broke after the return period, 3. The functions it said are very impractical, and the clarity of the video is not even 420P, and there is a very serious delay, if possible! Definitely do not buy this product, it is not worth $70, not even $7. For your money, stay away from this junk!

I thought i’d love this wireless carplay; however, using it is very very annoying. It takes FOREVER to connect to your phone once you start it up and try to connect it and not to mention there is a significant Audio Delay which is extremely noticeable and frustrating when it comes to GPS, Changing music, etc. It performed very slow. I noticed there was an issue with audio once it ever needed to switch to the microphone, like being in a call or recording a quick snapchat… it would not revert back to full clear audio quality and I would need to disconnect it all over again and wait forever for it to connect. The quality for Netflix was pretty great which was unexpected, so I will give it that, but the needing to get the hotspot to connect was a little annoying cause sometimes it wouldn’t show up on the screen and you would need to wait for a refresh. All in all, I would personally never get anything like this again unless I know there are some out there that are not as problematic or very slow performing/connecting.
