Beautiful heater, easy to erect, looks great works very well, as described, well packaged. We thought base was missing but its underneath the bottom layer of polystyrene. Would have preferred the clip lock on the cable to be nearer to the plug so we could unclip plug end and pass cord through umberella hole in table instead of being inside tube so we have to trail wire across the table down to floor.

Love it. Great to look at. Matches the rest of my garden furniture perfectly. Gives off great heat and light. It has been perfect for our grown up family during this summer as it has gone so cold in the evening but we have managed to stay outside chatting and having a few drinks. I would highly recommend it.

The item was easy to assemble, and looks good once made.However, it just doesn't give out the heat I had hoped for.I wouldn't recommend, especially for the price.

Great looking but the heat is non existent

looks perfect with our rattan garden furniture, but I am really disappointed with the amount of heat this thing generates.I'm naturally quite a warm person, so if anything I had concerns that I would actually be too warm on a nice summer evening with an outdoor heater, but I barely felt the effects at all..the wife is even more disappointed!

fantastic heater, lots of heat on our decking, lots of cosy late nights in our garden, far better than gas heater, no bottle sitting around or hose pipe getting in the way
