This is a very special and useful product. Ideal for skin use - I use a few drops on my face as an essence before serum and moisturiser to add moisture and healing. Fantastic if you have a damaged skin barrier. Also, I swilled half a teaspoon for a tooth abscess and it cleared it when dual antibiotics didn't! It lasts a surprisingly long time so it is actually very good value - particularly as it is a high quality, natural product. The company are lovely too - I emailed them with a query and they responded quickly and kindly. Excellent all-round. It's great to support a natural product and ethical company particularly as they are so helpful.

This is all I use when my child gets sick. Twice a day. I use more than the recommended dosage but that is up to each parent to decide. The only way to take it is with orange juice as it hides the taste and ur little one will love it.

I bought this, hoping it would be the concentrated product that I first bought in Brazil, the dosage for which was a few drops on the tongue. That tasted vile, so it must’ve done some good! However, this product is water-based and the dosage is half a teaspoon, so it’ll quickly be used up. As for efficacy, who can say? I’ve been using it for ten days and my sore throat persists. Who knows, it may have been worse if I hadn’t used the product, and it might’ve fought off the virus if I’d started taking it a month ago.

I'm still using it and seems to be working. Love the benefits of propolis. It acts as a natural antibiotic, great for the immune system and oral health.

I was very relieved to finally find a propolis that does not contain mainly chemicals - chemicals that are harmful and negate the wonderful healing properties of the propolis itself. All the other propolis sold here that I can see has at least 50% chemicals. Just like all our vegetables are sprayed with poisonous pesticides and animals have been injected with mRNA and cocktails of drugs for decades. This product is also organic.
