I still don't understand how they do it, but, these pillows are super fluffy and firm at the same time. My first night using it was pure bliss! My husband wasn't home at the time, so, i had to text him and make sure he knew what he was missing, hehe. I would definitely recommend this 👌

These are nice and soft. But…. I can see myself having a neck cramp at some point while sleeping on my side as they don’t really support the neck that well. However they are really great for someone who sleeps on their back. I’m a side sleeper and sometimes sleep on my back. But being a side sleeper 90 percent of the time, I choose not to sleep on these. Not saying they are no good. I think they are really good. Just not for a side sleeper. They are best for a back sleeper. I presently use these in my shams and they look really nice and plump.

My first package got lost, their customer service was so nice and worked really fast to get me my package.They came very quickly. Open the package and let them fluff up for 24 hours. They really fluff up nice. I’m very pleased with them! They’re comfy as well.

Pillow shopping online was overwhelming to say the least. I needed a pillow that was just going to do its job, and not go flat super fast. After going through so many and reading reviews, I chose these. I'm glad I read the advice to let them expand, rest, fluff, rest, fluff. I did this a few times over 24 hours and they have been amazing for the last several months. I am EXTREMELY picky about pillows. These surprised me! They need an occasional refluff, but they're so low maintenance! They just do their job, which is what I needed! I need cervical support when I sleep. I was super skeptical these would be enough. First pillow that works both ways for me. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain and illness. I'm selective about what brings me comfort. This is legit. I recommend. And the price is 100% worth it. These feel like they're more expensive. If you're looking for comfort that just works- get these. I've been using the same one for months. Haven't even used the other one yet- another testament to their quality. Get them.

These pillows arrived completely flat. At first I was quite dubious about their quality. However, they expanded as the day progressed, and these pillows turned out to be superb. The outside is very soft and perfectly smooth. The inside is neither flat nor overfilled. Nor does it bunch up while sleeping . These pillows are without a doubt the most comfortable that I have ever bought. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought these and they were fantastic so I bought more a year later. Unfortunately, they were terrible. I bought the ones with the grey line both times. It's hard to find great pillows so I'm really disappointed and it's not worth the cost if they aren't consistently great.
