It feels good when benching with it and I have a t bar row attachment for it all ready and I got it not damaged as well I'm so happy to have it in best bang for your buck and it really good quality I got the biggest one and it's worth every penny I will be definitely buy more products from them again

Great bar that doesn't break the bank. It fits the 2 inch weights perfectly, which is nice because it means I can use my barbell weights. The clamps work well, hold the weights in place, and can easily be taken off to add or remove weights. When doing a curl, the bearings make the end sleeves rotate so only the handle bar itself curls with your hands. It does this without squeaking. In all, it's a very good bar for a home gym. The knurls are sufficiently bend providing you with ample gripping options, and the non-slip surface is indeed non-slip. In short, it's exactly what I needed, and got.
