Preface: I'm a 40 y.o. married mother of four and the subject of my libido isn't one that I regularly contemplate in general. Effects I noticed: I took two capsules per day, within eight hours of each other with a full glass of water per capsule. About an hour after taking the 2nd capsule on the 1st day I noticed a spike in energy that lasted a few hours.
