Superb
This tarp has kept me dry on many nights camping!Very compact and lightweight with loads of places to tie out guy-lines etc! It's very thin so doesn't seem fantastically strong, but it's done it's job perfectly for some time now!Certainly a good product!

I thought this particular tarp was quite good value for money at a little over £54
I thought this particular tarp was quite good value for money at a little over £54. Tarps of this specification can be quite expensive. When I first examined the trap I noticed that the material is rip-stop, which gives added strength. The seams are also sealed so there should be no problems from a leaking seam during heavy rain.On our first expedition with this tarp we found there was adequate room for two people to sleep, eat and cook under it without any difficulties, I'm 6 ft 4in. The tarp is very light and pack away small approx 27x9cm.

This is incredibly well made, flawlessly even. seems are all well constructed and waterproof, and the tags for ropes are thick and strong and attached well. i would imagine nothing short of intentional abuse or the apocalypse would cause issues with them. Could pack away in half the size of the bag they provide, but offers plenty of room for tarp dedicated para-cord and pegs as mine now does! wouldn't go camping without it now and had i known how well this buy would have turned out i probably would have gotten a larger version!

Superb lightweight and water resistant tarp.
This tarp is huge and with more than enough of grommets and loops. It is very easy to pack, it packs small and is surprisingly lightweight.I used it for Roskilde Festival, sitting in line for several hours while the rain was pouring down. It kept me and my friends stuff dry the whole time.Recently I used it for 5 days on a biking trip, covering a biking trailer when it rained. It got used and abused, but protected all our stuff from the elements and still works perfectly!

An esential piece of kit for people who like the great outdoors.
Truly amazing piece of kit. With thirteen loops sown into the tarp it becomes totally flexible, offering many erection options. The tarp itself is very light, it packs away nicely into it's stuff sack, taking up very little room in your rucksack. Totally waterproof to keep out the worst of weather.

One big problem
A superb Tarp let down by one massive flaw and a misleading main photo. The tags/tie-off points pictured in the photo suggest several tags along the centre/ridge line. The tarp I received has one central tag, but the is the only non-outer tie-off point/webbed loop. Misleading in my opinion. My tarp is the 3x2, perhaps the larger ones have more loops, (the description does say 13-21 loops, but the info should be more explicit and specific for each size, and/or reflective in the photo's to each tarp.Apart from the loop/lack of issue, the tarp is excellent. DD do reinforcement points better IMO, but this tarp does look robust.

Tarptastic!
I've used several different tarps in many testing environments and this has got to be the best of all. The quality of construction is second to none. A lot of thought has obviously gone into this deceptively simple tarp. It remains remarkably lightweight, despite its durable build. Highly recommended.

Well priced and quality sil nylon tarp.
Been using polyethylene tarp for many years. But they take up a lot of space which works for car camping, but not so much for motorcycle or back country camping where space is limited. The quality of the tarp is very good as I've used Aqua Quest looped bivy for the past few years, and the build is just as good. It packs very small and exactly what I was looking for. Doesn't have holes at the edge for using your trekking poles to raise the tarp, but I never really used trekking poles to set up my tarp anyways.Customer service is also great as I've forgot to select the compression straps kit and they were able to honor the discount for me. Thanks Aqua Quest! Always love to support a local company that provides quality product. :) Can't wait to use this on my adventures.

Nice durable tarp, good price, strange sizing
2017 UPDATE. I came back to my 2015 review after two years of use to upgrade my rating from 4 to five stars. I've used the tarp multiple times now and have been entirely satisfied. So I can add to my original review that the product is quite durable in use, and it's easy to deploy and refold after use. The provided carrying bag is large enough to include guy lines and stakes, so you have a fully operable emergency shelter all within the bag. Below is my original review. This is a good quality tarp at a reasonable price. The size measurements seem a little deceptive because the stated size is the fabric size before it is seamed and hemmed to finished size, however that appears to be standard all through whatever is the tarp industry. All you need is paracord to make the tarp work in the obvious way. The stuff sack that comes with it is larger than absolutely required, so you can easily also fit reasonable amounts of paracord inside also. The fabric and workmanship are first rate, and it feels like a quality light weight product. The webbing guy anchors are well sewn. My only complaint (and it is not a manufacturing criticism) is that I would have liked it a bit wider, more the size as represented, rather than the finished size the industry custom apparently allows. I'd like to mention that, even though the tarp has a "stuff" sack, it's less bulky to fold it, rather than stuff it. Because it is made of two panels sewn together with a seam in the exact middle, the middle is easy to find for folding and, when folded as it arrives from the manufacturer, it takes up very little space even with guy lines folded in.

Tarp de forêt 1 personne
Produit manifestement très solide. Belle couleur.
