The clock is as expected. It was packaged nicely.

Placed the order and the company never contacted me to set up a delivery. I called them multiple times and kept getting the runaround. I finally, after weeks of this, cancelled the order. Very disappointed because I've seen this clock in person and it is absolutely beautiful. I so wanted it for my home, but it wasn't meant to be. For the expense of it, you'd think the company would have a better system to set up deliveries.

The photos make it seem as though the hourglass turns with time...at least that's what I thought...it doesn't and I'm very bummedThe face is very small for the body i think
