We picked this up to replace a failing HDBaseT system in our church's kids center. We have 3 inputs that need to go to 6 TV's, so this was a good fit with room to grow. Since our cat6 cable was already run, this was an incredibly easy install. We run an iMac into 1 input, an Apple TV into another, and a signage player into another. All 3 inputs were plug and play with no issues. The instructions were easy to follow, and this will be a very simple system for volunteers. It comes with a rack mounting kit, and mounting plates for each of the receivers.

I've been buying their products for a couple of years now. In the past I've bought 2 4x4s and 2 8x8s. They have IP control so I can easily work them into my home control systems (Indigo, HASS, ST, and Harmony)). They have a full suite of high quality products at great value. In the past i bought baluns from another vendor, but have switched to No Hassle because of the high quality and seamless integration with their matrices. Above all, though the customer service is amazing. Any issue I've had, they've always gotten back to me within 24 hours, and often times within less than an hour. I've even had a call with a high level employee (maybe the owner?) on a weekend to address an issue I was having. I am not a corporate buyer or a buyer at such a level that usually warrants a weekend call and the company's responsiveness is super appreciated.

After a lot of trouble to get the matrix switch from customs The instructions was done on the 4 th October to find out that it didn’t worked. I need to contact the supplier to find out the way forward.

Knowing HD Base-T matrix switches, this is probably the best value for money there is. First off, I ordered the 8x8 with two mirrored HDMI outputs but received a free upgrade to the 8x16 model from the seller at no additional cost. I've used some of their matrix switches in the past, and their technical support has never disappointed. Control4 RS-232 drivers works perfectly well with all their devices. This would have been a cool 5 star BUT the fact that I have to manually set the inputs and outputs for each device I'm setting up their app in is freaking annoying. Yeah, I know there's no processor, I'd have preferred the mobile device receiving config update from the matrix without a processor in the middle. Well, that's me. Nonetheless, solid solid product and a reasonable price.

This switcher is fairly simple to use with a few different options to access it. At my venue I have an ipad set up through the app for front of house use, and also a back office computer connected via web gui. Currently the web GUI seems to have more features and there are a few things I hope No Hassle works on to improve on their app. (Currently the app doesnt seem to show what the current input output config is, so occasionally when doing an initial setup it can get finicky to know if the inputs are on correctly or if the switcher isnt on the correct setup, but not too hard to figure out and the switcher has the setup on the screen if that is accessible)The money saved on running cat 6 vs hdmi with amplifiers and everything else really helped make this switch an easy choice.

We tried many cheaper HDMI Matrixes, some didn't work from day one, others painfully worked for few weeks and started gradually dying port by port and had to be returned, to be precise I tried and eventually returned 4 Matrixes from J-Tech among others.This one is working fine for over 4 years now, all HDBase-T receivers are super stable, and the remote software is simple and works flawlessly.

The order took a little longer than expected but they were kind enough to upgrade me to a newer version as a result without asking for anything. The unit was easy to install and has been working great ever since

If I could give a negative rating….. my HDMI switcher ($2,000) stopped working after only a couple of months after installing. I finally got an RMA and a promise of 24 hour turnaround if I sent it back. 35 days later, still no answer from email, text or telephone. Many, many attempts to reach them. I can only assume the cheap product quality has put them out of business.
