I have smoked a pack a day for years! With these I have been able to quit!I had to consciously choose not to give in to cravings but it is doable.I only purchased 2 packages of the 21mg and cut them down as needed. I tried these patches years ago and they didn't seem to work. Or at least I felt like they were so weak I was going to have to cover my arms and chest with all the patches at once to notice anything. Not so with these. I really want to quit, so I decided to give them another try. These started working almost immediately. I thought it was my imagination working overtime; but the next day they started working almost right away too. I don't know how successful I'll be as I still need something to do with my hands and have smoked. I had cut down considerably by using these to about half of the number I'd normally smoke. I haven't really even tried to quit yet. But have decided that to put some effort into it and see what happens. I'd say these at least work to curb your smoking. I'm not feeling stressed out about the whole thing, but it's working. Remember to read the instructions. These are simple to use. I noticed that I had some pretty intense bad dreams by forgetting to take the patch off. Last night I took it off about an hour before bed and did not have a nightmare that I can remember. So glad for that and I reread the instructions...more closely this time. I recommend trying these as I feel you at least have a chance for success.

Pretty decent for an inexpensive brand, very small patches that work best on an area that's more lean than fleshy. Almost as good as the Aroamas brand, which is out of stock.

Used while out of the country. Worked as expected. Did not crave a smoke while on plane or at airport. Visited none smokers for two weeks, so I didn’t smoke while visiting and didn’t smell like smoke. Yes I will convince myself to quit one day.

I had used a local.drugstore brand. I could tell a big difference with these. They were not as effective. Didn't stay on as well, either
