First, they are really fun to behold. Second, they are durable and have survived many "attacks" by small children. Third, they have served their purpose without fail.On the glass half full perspective: They are so well made and flat that if on an equally flat surface they are near impossible to pick up without sliding a sheet of paper under them. Easy fix: give them a few gentle bends with you hands to introduce some deviation from perfect flatness and that should resolve the issue. They do have a little hole in the middle.... they are after all record facsimile ... so I gather fluid can permeate through this portal. I am not sure what drinks people are having where this might be an issue, or perhaps it's due to high humidity environments, but I gather from the reviews it has been an issue for some. I routinely use them for fridge cold beers in PA throughout the year and have never had an issue. Apparently some people value absorbency in their coasters (and it's a rating category for this item); obviously, being record facsimile they have none! (it does state they are vinyl, and I have never known my records to absorb moisture). So, in the end, consider your beverages and what your needs are before buying these. For me, a coaster is just something that separates the drink from the underlying surface, and these excel at this feat.

We bought these coasters as a gift for a friend who loves music & protecting his fine mid-century modern wood furniture. They are much thicker and feel more substantial than expected, which makes them even cooler. They also found the "song titles" highly amusing. One note -- it says "with gift box" and it is in a box. However, I expect gift boxes to be more festive, or in some way obscure the gift, so they need to open it to find out the contents. The "box" is just a cardboard holder, with more information about the contents. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that, just not quite what I would call a "gift box."

Love these coasters. Much higher quality than I expected. They are very original items, and even have the ridges in the "vinyl" as actual records do. Beautifully detailed all around, right down to the packaging.The labels on the "records" all have generic logos on them, but there is a great sense of realness to them as they are all different colors and text, making them feel more real.Everything came neat and orderly and there were no damaged edges or anything to the coasters or the containing box.No issues with dripping water or anything; they are just thick enough to work as coasters, but not too thin that they feel like they would snap under a small amount of pressure. Love the feel, love the look. A great item to give to a friend who loves vinyls or any music lover who likes novelty gifts.

These coasters are great! They are so cute, and the little record box they came in make them a great gift option! The backside has a grip on it so these coasters don't slide around. We've gotten so many comments on them already and we've only had them a couple of weeks! The only slight issue is that there is a small pin hole in the center of each "record" coaster, so moisture can leak through and onto the surface underneath the coaster. This is mainly a problem with our glass cups when we drink iced beverages during the hotter times of day. Other than that, these are great coasters!

These are very slick looking vinyl record album coasters. I wasn't sure they would actually protect the surface, but they do! I put hot and cold beverages on them every day and they work great. If the cold beverage sweats, the groovy record grooves :) capture the moisture. I put it on a wood end table in the living room and there was no leaking through to the table surface. If it did leak through, I would still use them and just put a round bar coaster underneath. Now I want to order more and use them as part of my decor in my music room!

Me encanto este producto, el diseno es increible se siente y se ve como un disco real de vinyl. Y hasta ahora solo tengo una semana usandolos y no he tenido problemas.I really loved this product, the design feels like it was an actual vinyl disc, is so chic.
