Lovely item
Moved home had one before so ordered this one. The small shelf is too small to hold towels on but fab if you just want to hang over. The little hooks on each end are very useful

Shame it wasn’t straight
All good except the vertical pieces were not vertical but splayed out from the top as in my photo. I would have rejected the item but I didn’t notice until after I had drilled the holes and it doesn’t affect the use.

Nice shelf unit, well made. I assembled the unit with the small shelf on the top as it works better for me.

Bad quality, black marks everywhere that on top vome off so logical will end up on the towels and furthermore with the steam will carry on rusting.I wish I wouldn't have installed it and send it back but who has time - as a contractor sending back items requires lost time on a already busy schedule...why are sellers end up sending such products I find it hard to understand!!!

Works exactly as described and surprisingly easy to install.
I was worried at first that attaching this to dry wall and tugging on towels every morning would detach from the wall but been using for over 3 months and still tightly attached to the wall and gives us extra space. Great product!

Instructions could be better
Between the instructions that come with the product and the video to show how to install--you don't get the full picture. The paper instructions simply don't account for all the parts. And while the video starts off good, the second half of instructions is just displaying the instruction booklet. I've got it up, it looks good and it works, though not 100% sure I put it together as expected.

Check order
I really like the rack itself. However the first order had the black not the chrome I had ordered. Returning, for where I live, is a real pain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. The replacement item came quickly and was correct
