Beech Lane Wireless RV Leveling System

This product has been amazing for us and has made leveling our RV so much easier. The stickiness is excellent, thanks to the combination of screws and the included double-sided 3M tape, which keeps the system firmly in place without shifting. The readability on the display through the app is clear and easy to understand, and the visibility is great even at a quick glance. It is very simple to use and takes the guesswork out of leveling, especially when it comes to closing the RV door without having to force the handle. The unit is lightweight, which made installation quick and easy without adding unnecessary weight. For the value for the price, this is well worth it considering how much convenience and accuracy it provides. We are extremely happy with it and highly recommend it.

I purchased this because it was very time consuming to level my camper using my trusty level. A lot of times I have to set up by myself (wife still works!) and having to place the level, guesstimate how much I need to raise the low side, pull onto the leveler, (I use the red ones), get out and check the level, get back in the truck, move the camper a bit, get back out and check again, and repeat ad nauseum until I am leveled side to side. Then after disconnecting the camper from the vehicle, place the level in the door frame to level front to back. This requires numerous trips from the tongue jack to the door until the camper is leveled. Whew! Lots of steps and time is required. I set up our camper a couple of weekends ago and once it was leveled the old-fashioned way I installed the Beechlane Leveling system. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Installing the app was a breeze and worked perfectly. One suggestion for anyone purchasing this product is to have a 25' tape measure available. Reason being is you have to input a couple of measurements particular to your camper. This product is simple, effective, and I would recommend this to everyone who still relies on a manual level. My only regret is waiting so long before purchasing it.

this item was exactly as described and works so well with my Android phone. Downloading the app was easy and hassle free. wished I had ordered this years ago.

As soon as I saw a similar product, the lazy part of my brain said "You don't have to get out of the truck anymore!". At that point, I knew I'd end up getting one of these, I just didn't know if I wanted to spend the $150 the other one cost. Then I saw the Beech Lane at a much more attractive price and I had to do it. The things I liked about this: 1. it uses normal batteries 2. It's easy to replace those batteries, no need to take it off the wall or anything. 3. The price seemed fair. I cut a corner on the install and used Gorilla tape to secure it against the wall in my front pass-through. I don't know if that will hold up, but worst case I'll have to drive the screws in. I wasn't sure if this was the best place for it so I opted for a slightly temporary solution. Setup is easy, once I installed the app it found the leveler immediately. To me, that says they used some kind of quality bluetooth radio as I have other devices that require constant searching to find. During the several times I've used this device, it always connects immediately. Let me stop for a second and praise the company for not trying to make us log in to some useless system just to use the app. I'm so tired of every app needing you to make an account just to use a thing you have in your possession. Please Beech Lane, never change this! Setup is easy, measure from middle of back axle to the jack, then measure the width of the tire track. I had already leveled my trailer using a standard level so I just had to enter those numbers and I was ready go to. There's a way to go into the settings and set your trailer as level, in case you feel the tool is incorrect I guess. Now that it's set up, you're ready to easily level your RV on your next trip. The first time I used it, we had a pull-through site on gravel so I knew I wasn't going to get it perfectly level, but I was able to move the trailer around a bit while holding my phone to see if I could find the best location for the trailer. Is it lazy? Yes. Is it convenient? Yes. I'll take both of those options any time.

Did my title get your attention? I hate asking my wife to get out of the tow vehicle and watch the bubble levels on the side and front the of trailer as we banter back and forth asking "are we level yet". All I wanted was to simply pull into a camp site and look at my cell phone or dash video while seated in my tow vehicle, and when necessary, get out only once to place under wheel the curved camper leveler (purchased years ago form Beech Lane) and returning to my TV to view my cell phone while backing up to achieve level. I heard there were products out there that did such. Problem solved! I recently purchased - after much research, the Beech Lane RV Wireless Leveling System! There are many YouTub's on this and other like solutions. After ordering and receiving the product, I found it didn't work!!!! Hope dashed! I contacted Beech Lane, and in 24 hours "Jack" contacted me! The problem behind the problem, was I didn't read in the Amazon description that mentioned that the Beech Lane Leveling System would not work on Apple SE cell phones! Guess who has and uses a SE phone!! Embarrassed I didn't catch the point! Jack suggested I try other newer cell phones or IPad's as the leveling system uses Bluetooth, or if I prefer, he would reimburse me the purchase price!!! I wanted it - I loved the concept! I went and tried installing on my IPad and it worked!!! AWESOME! Just finished our first trip! Leveling the trailer was an absolute breeze. Customer service was awesome. Product installation incredible easy. The early indication from many many Amazon comments and my limited use it is a great and quality product. It is also competitively priced. Excellent warranty. I've purchased other Beech Lane products and must say these folks do a really nice job of designing and producing useful gadgets for RVers. This device, when used with leveling chock blocks such as those offered by Carmtech and Anderson, make the process of leveling a rig quick and easy (something to be particularly appreciated in adverse weather!). The smart phone app is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the effective range of the sensor seems to be about 30'. Another nice feature: the leveling sensor can be mounted on any vertical surface inside the RV as long as it is either fore, aft, or side facing (though mounting it near the forward end of the rig is advisable for strongest signal strength between the sensor and smart phone). And the smartphone app includes a graphic showing the batterys' state of charge. Just a few suggestions for improving the product: 1. The case containing the accelerometer and batteries could be much, much smaller, especially if the unit was powered by a USB rechargeable battery with charging port instead of AA batteries. This would be particularly appreciated within the confines of a smaller RV where the current size of the all-black plastic case is just a bit intrusive. 2. An externally visible green LED on the case would allow at-a-glance confirmation that the sensor is functioning properly. A shout-out to "Jack" of Beech Lane customer service who was very knowledgeable and responsive when I needed help with an apparent glitch in the sensor.

This is a great product! Installation was easy. Just a quick note. Pairing your phone with the unit is done within the app, not thru your phone's settings. This is a huge time saver. I've gone thru 2 sets of bubble levers, only to break out a torpedo lever. This allows you to level your roll without leaving your vehicle. I highly recommend!

Really like this leveling system. It seems to work well, and I've had no connection issues. Makes leveling my trailer easy and prevents flaring tempers between me and the wife! I do wish the app would automatically connect to it without having to select it every time. Not sure how many people have multiple RVs to level. Not a deal breaker by any means. I find it a good deal for the price

It is excellent, however be warned measurements are not available in metric (temp and height to level). Hopefully one day they may update the app with a metric option. Having said this, it is not an impediment to be able in real time figure out level from in the car.

Great product just have to reverse passenger and driver sides down here in Australia. Hs potential to reduce setup times and discussions about level of the caravan considerably. Easy to install and configure using the app for Android or IOS.
