I bought this coffee from Brown Bottle Coffee Co for the first time as it got amazing reviews so I just had to try. Great tasting coffee, arrived pretty much on time and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong grind (ordered caffetiere grind instead of Espresso grind, I have a De Longhi coffee machine). I emailed Brown Bottle about this, asking if I had ordered the wrong stuff for my coffee machine and both of the guys got back pretty quickly. HOWEVER, the one and only negative is they kindly gave me a discount code for 20% off and I was unable to use this when I tried ordering the proper coffee. I sent numerous messages to them over a couple of weeks and no one bothered to get back to me. Honestly, I think this is seriously bad customer service. There's no point in giving a discount code off next purchase if it doesn't work PLUS not bothering to get back to the customer after sending messages. Message I got was they just didn't care. I have bought more coffee but the service has seriously tainted my experience with them and I will continue to try and find the same great tasting coffee elsewhere on Amazon because of this.

Nothing special. Too mild for me. I ended up mixing it with less expensive coffee to get any decent taste, therefore this coffee is too expensive for what it is. However, they let me have them for free! I complained to Amazon that the description states that you get 500gms, whereas the dropdown box states only 454gm. Brown Bottle would rather refund me than change the description. Even if you got the advertised 500gms though, it's too expensive compared with what other better coffee is out there.

This coffee from Brown Bottle Coffee Co is delicious, freshly roasted, 100% arabica & medium roasted. By far the best decaf coffee i've ever tasted. I will definitely be buying more.I like my decaffeinated, for the night time so I don't get too wired, as I'm quite sensitive to coffee.When my order of coffee beans arrived it was only roasted 2 days before. The roasted date was printed on the front of the packet!! I know that in order for the best flavours you ideally need to wait for 5-7 days after they have been roasted.I waited as long as I could then got my hand grinder out the cupboard, I grounded up what I needed to make an espresso & YES it tasted amazing, well worth the wait. Can I also just say it works great in a cafetiere and for filter coffeeAfter I bought by bag of beans I was sent my FREE 42 page guide which may I say is actually well done!! PROPS

Finally....after all these years!! Perfection.I like coffee, sometimes I've not been quite sure WHY I'm drinking it as I've never found one that tastes like the one I hope for each time I lift the cup to my lips. Smooth, rich, tasty...jeez I dunno how to describe it accurately except - it's NOT bitter hallelujah!!! It tastes freakin' awesome. I even forgot I'd ordered a decaf...totally brilliant work Brown Bottle Coffee Co. I asked Brown Bottle if they could roast the decaf a lighter, and the guys did, now that is amazing customer service for you! I have bought his coffee a number of times, and it never fails to impress! Organic, 100% Arabica and chemical free decaffeination, pretty much impossible to find in the speciality coffee industry!! Amazing job guys, thank you :)

I love this coffee. The smell is very nice. I'm intolerant to caffeine and suffer from IBS so I've been looking for good quality decaffeinated coffee that I've found here. I have purchased coffee beans which is great as I'm the owner of Hunt Brothers stainless steel/ceramic coffee grinder so I can make ground coffee on the go. This makes the coffee taste even better. I'll be back for more for sure. Thank you for such high-end product.
