I’ve purchase this mailers before and the size was great. But in this case is not accurate at all!

I liked the strength. You cannot see through the bag. Seams would not rip when I pulled and I tried stuffing a bad with some pointed rounded edged things like books. I poked my finger through, but honestly, it took a bit to do it. I didn't just shove it, because that would not be how a poke would happen during delivery, so just put steady pressure until my finger went through. I sealed the bag and tried to rip off the seal. Nope, it wouldn't budge. Now, if you really wanted to get into this bag without scissors, I'm sure you can. But that is not what normal shipping is about. I think it will hold up under normal wear and tear through the postal systems. The measurements were off slightly. 10" was short by 2/16th. Delivery was fast. I will buy these again. I like this bag a little bit better than the ones I bought online from Walmart too.

I've used dozens of these bags so far. Love the adhesive. I still put a little packing tape on them, but probably don't need to. I sometimes cover books in cardboard before placing in these bags. There have been some tight fits and the bags do not tear. I print labels and secure them with tape. The bags aren't real slick, so the tape stays on.

I used these envelopes for sending calendars to clients and friends. They are sturdy and worked exactly as expected, and I was able to custom-size the envelope to my calendars, because the adhesive flap could be easily adjusted to hold the calendar securely. They are extremely lightweight, so they add no appreciable postage cost.

I, like you, probably saw this item and figured for as low a price for 100 bags that this would be great for all my shipping needs. However, dear reader, you are mistaken. Once I got these bags, I realized that the quality indeed matched the price. I would say that the bags had a similar feel and thickness to the bags they give you at the mall to put your clothes in, the flimsy plastic ones? And the adhesive? Well, let’s just say that if I ever end up using them, I’ll be reinforcing it with extra strength duct tape. And don’t even get me started on the smell. Yeah, just one of these would NOT survive the USPS or Fedex trucks, and whatever it is you are mailing is almost certain to either a. fall out, b. be damaged in transit, or c. never arrive to wherever you are mailing it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy these, I promise that spending a few extra dollars on a higher quality bag will definitely be worth your while, and making sure that whatever you are mailing arrives wholly and on time. Horrible product!

Second or third time ordering these bags and they do not disappoint! I use them for shipping clothes I sell online and so far all of my items have made it to the buyers. The sticky strip works great and the bags are thin, but not too thin! I highly recommend if you want to send out items and not spend too much on the bags!
