We bought these to make equal sized cookies for a bake sale, but they have quickly become one of our favorite cooking tools. The largest scoop makes MASSIVE cookies. I'm talking 5" across. The middle one makes perfect 3-4" cookies (depending on how much they spread out). We haven't used the small one for cookies yet, but I use it for other scooping to keep equal amounts. Most recently used for chicken enchiladas. Weird, I know. The scoops fit beautifully in your hand and foods come out easily with the scraper function. They're also very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. I removed a star due to the durability. They do not hold up to firm foods without risking being bent. 1 scoop already is a little messed up from that. However, it's still fully functional. I'm just annoyed that the scraper in the scoop doesn't sit flush with the top of the coop anymore. I would absolutely buy them again tho!

After reading other reviews about the scoop part breaking I was careful using but on the 7th or 8th scoop the dang handle fell apart. The rivet holding it together ripped through the very soft metal. I was scooping very soft dough.I don't believe there is anyway these can be used without breaking. Well maybe if you only scooping water and don't squeeze the handle. Don't waste your time on these. Look for another brand.

No reason to spend more. They work. This is my first cookie scoop. I was afraid that they wouldn’t work with hard cookie dough. They worked just fine. Outstanding value. One of the tricks is after you fill up the scoop to wipe off the excess against the side of the bowl to even the top.

These don’t appear to be very durable, I used them to scoop ice cream and it was somewhat of a struggle due to the cheaper made handle and release of the ice cream needed a few taps due to the scooper not wanting to release it even with the inside scoop scraper thing. May be a better product for meatballs or melon but I’m absolutely not sold on them for ice cream scoops…too lightweight

These groups were a lifesaver. I was able to use them on day one without a problem they made my job so much easier and so much faster a great item to use. However I did see someone say that the mechanism can stick and cause problems if you take just a little bit of vegetable oil and put a couple of drops on there it'll work perfectly fine every time that's what I do when those things stick if you don't do that they will break so add just a couple of drops vegetable oil or olive oil on it operated a few times and then wipe the excess oil off and they won't give you any problems
