i like this book, it's interesting and i like the different food tastes. if you're interested in any viking heritage or just like different cookbooks, this one i very good.

I’ve tried several of these recipes, and so far every one is delicious! The instructions are straightforward, and the bits of cultural information and history in the book are a nice touch. If you love history and collecting cookbooks, like I do, this great little book is right up your alley!

There's nothing like a good bowl of fish chowder stolen from someone easily distracted by how shiney your helmet is. But now you don't even have to put on your raid gear to get it, It's all here in one book . But seriously everything in here is too good for my own well being, I may need a Smith to let out my chainmail.Erik Forkbeard
