Is so easy to use just put it in the microwave and it soothes the ache straitaway.

product does what it says..rapidly cools the neck and shoulders..however one serious design flaw...hence only 4 stars....the 2 little pull on tabs ( one either side do nothing )!!!!...try putting it on under a loose fitting shirt...practically impossible...you put it on your shoulders...every time you try and pull your shirt down it ends up around your waist....FAR BETTER if those 2 little tabs had either a press stud fitting or velcro to hold it in place around tour neck.....DEFINATELY a trick missed !!!!

I have recently done my neck in and found the sticky heat pads rubbish, so brought this ans within 30 mins my neck was feeling more free, its easy to use, practical and with two different material offers a more and less intense heat/ cold. Honestly one of the best things I have brought in a while!

A bit fiddly to put on

For the past 3 months I have been suffering from Cervical Radiculopathy affecting the left back side of my neck and spreading across my shoulder and down my arm. I thought I would try cold therapy as it can be helpful to help ease the pinched nerve. I specifically chose this item as I could wrap it around my neck (or so I thought, giving some tightness when applying the wrap.Upon putting the wrap on, I firstly struggled with the velcro type thing that closes it. It is very narrow so if not wrapped tightly, it will not stick and comes apart. When I did wrap it, I had to wrap it so tightly that It more or less strangled me. I wanted to wear the wrap whilst sitting up in bed with my head supported, but this was totally impossible as the wrap itself is very deep, so it dug in underneath my chin. The back of the wrap was perfect as it reached up my neck to the spot I needed it, but the front part that actually wraps was far too wide for my neck, hence dug in.I am hugely disappointed by this. I had high hopes for this wrap. The only good part about it is the soft fabric that lays against the skin. Even after over 2 hours in the freexer, I was able to immediately lay the wrap on my neck and it was very comfortable and soothing.I could use the wrap if I lay directly on it without it being wrapped around my neck, but this is simply not feasible as I work on my laptop and wanted something I could wear whilst doing so.I am afraid this will be returned.

Too small and the fixing doesn't stick

My son purchased this for me and it arrived today put in the microwave for the time stated on the leafletMy microwave is a 700 watt and that was the timing 120 seconds and the bag you put it in melted.
