Q: How do the clothes and things stick? I'd like to put this on a bulleton board with our calender if it will work.

They have no method of sticking on when they arrive. I laminated all of the pieces and currently just tape the clothes on. Have other laminated items like this for instance a calendar. I use the little round velcrow tabs and they work fantastically and this will last for a very long time. I hope that helps answer your question! I do put some items up with push pins.

No, it would not line up correctly if the face was cut out of the frog's outfits.

it comes with one frog. the reason it looks like 3 is because he has a rain outfit with the frog head, that goes over the naked froggy, and a winter hat with eyes, and clothes for each season.
